【摘要】：Web 2.0時(shí)代,標(biāo)簽作為Web資源管理和檢索的有效方式已成為近年的熱點(diǎn)研究對(duì)象.開發(fā)者通常為新的Mashup人工指定若干與功能性相關(guān)的標(biāo)簽,以便于用戶理解、檢索以及實(shí)現(xiàn)Mashup資源的分類管理.然而,手動(dòng)指定標(biāo)簽十分繁瑣且費(fèi)時(shí),自動(dòng)生成Mashup標(biāo)簽十分必要但缺乏有效方法.針對(duì)該問題,文中提出一種基于主題模型的方法進(jìn)行Mashup標(biāo)簽的自動(dòng)推薦.該方法首先建立Mashups與Web Application Programming Interfaces(APIs)的描述文檔以及Mashups與APIs之間的組合關(guān)系模型,然后尋找與待推薦標(biāo)簽Mashup的描述文檔主題分布相似的Web APIs,并將它們與該Mashup直接組合的APIs合并,采用一種帶權(quán)重的PageRank算法,從中挑選出最重要的APIs,最后將它們已有標(biāo)簽推薦給該Mashup.同時(shí),針對(duì)所提方法文中設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)現(xiàn)一種標(biāo)簽排序算法,該算法優(yōu)先推薦那些與Mashup主題最相關(guān)的標(biāo)簽.根據(jù)使用從ProgrammableWeb收集的真實(shí)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn)可知,文中所提出的方法明顯優(yōu)于其他自動(dòng)化標(biāo)簽推薦方法.
[Abstract]:In the era of Web 2.0, tags as an effective way to manage and retrieve Web resources have become a hot research object in recent years. Developers often manually specify several functional tags for new mashups to facilitate user understanding, retrieval and classification management of mashup resources. However, manually specifying tags is cumbersome and time-consuming. It is necessary to generate mashup tags automatically, but there is no effective method. To solve this problem, a method based on topic model is proposed to automatically recommend mashup tags. This method first establishes the description document of Mashups and Application programming interfaces (API) and the combination relation model between mashups and APIs, then looks for the web API Isa which is similar to the theme distribution of the description document of mashups to be recommended, and combines them with the APIs directly combined with the mashups. A weighted PageRank algorithm is used to select the most important API from which the existing tags are recommended to the Mashup. At the same time, a label sorting algorithm is designed and implemented for the proposed method, which gives priority to those tags that are most relevant to the Mashup topic. According to the experimental results from real data collected from Programmable Web, the proposed method is obviously superior to other automatic label recommendation methods.
