【摘要】：3G移動互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術的迅速發(fā)展和智能手機系統(tǒng)的廣泛應用,使得用戶既能通過具有聯(lián)網(wǎng)條件的計算機,也能隨時通過手機訪問政府的電子政務系統(tǒng),使得電子政務"移動"起來。本文設計開發(fā)了基于安卓(Android)平臺的移動電子政務系統(tǒng),系統(tǒng)分為兩個部分,客戶端提供信息瀏覽和發(fā)布、咨詢問題、在線辦事等功能,為廣大用戶提供貼身的電子政務服務;服務器端負責提供電子政務系統(tǒng)的業(yè)務處理、數(shù)據(jù)的接收和存儲。整個系統(tǒng)注重安全性。本系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)能基本滿足移動電子政務系統(tǒng)的辦公要求,能更方便、快捷、高效地為公眾提供政務服務。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of 3G mobile Internet technology and the wide application of smart phone system, users can access government e-government system at any time through computers with networking conditions and mobile phones at any time. Make e-government "move" up. This paper designs and develops a mobile e-government system based on Android platform. The system is divided into two parts. The client provides information browsing and publishing, consulting questions, online service and so on. Server is responsible for providing e-government system business processing, data reception and storage. The whole system focuses on security. The system can basically meet the office requirements of the mobile e-government system, and can provide government services to the public more conveniently, quickly and efficiently.
