【摘要】：隨著互聯(lián)網技術的快速發(fā)展,Web服務數量迅速龐大,具有相同或相似功能而服務質量不同的Web服務也越來越多,在為用戶選擇具有某個功能的服務時,還要考慮到服務的非功能屬性,即服務質量(quality of service,簡稱QoS),如響應時間,可用性,吞吐量等。因此,為用戶推薦和選擇最優(yōu)的Web服務成為了服務計算領域的一個重要的研究熱點。但是由于候選服務的增加,QoS信息的不完整程度越來越多,因此研究QoS的預測對考慮服務質量屬性的服務推薦系統(tǒng)具有重大的意義。本文圍繞基于協(xié)同過濾的Web服務QoS預測問題與Web服務推薦問題進行了深入的研究工作。首先,在協(xié)同過濾方法中,考慮用戶共同調用服務數與兩者分別調用服務數之間的關系對相似度計算的影響,同時利用最小共同調用數閾值,針對不同數據集調整相似度計算的標準。在相似鄰居選擇時,引入最小相似度閾值取代傳統(tǒng)的Top-K算法。其次,針對基于皮爾遜相關系數計算相似度的協(xié)同預測方法中,忽略Web服務QoS之間的比率關系而造成的預測誤差,提出一種考慮相似比率的Web服務QoS協(xié)同預測方法SRPre。該方法基于歷史QoS數據,將基于用戶和基于服務的協(xié)同預測方法相融合,根據預測對象QoS與相似鄰居QoS平均值之比來計算相似比率,在協(xié)同預測計算過程中加入相似比率獲得QoS預測值。同時,提出了SRPre服務推薦平臺,其中采集器和數據中心的協(xié)作,解決了收集QoS數據的難點,推薦模塊則由SRPre方法實現(xiàn)。最后,根據提出的SRPre服務推薦平臺和實驗的需求,搭建實驗原型系統(tǒng),在真實的數據集上,對SRPre方法進行實驗與分析,并與其他預測方法進行對比。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of Internet technology, there are more and more Web services with the same or similar functions and different quality of service. It also takes into account the non-functional attributes of service, namely quality of service (QoS), such as response time, availability, throughput, etc. Therefore, the recommendation and selection of optimal Web services for users has become an important research hotspot in the field of service computing. However, due to the increasing number of candidate services, the research on the prediction of QoS is of great significance to the service recommendation system considering the quality of service attributes. This paper focuses on the Web services QoS prediction problem and the Web services recommendation problem based on collaborative filtering. Firstly, in the collaborative filtering method, the influence of the relationship between the number of services called by the user and the number of services invoked separately on the similarity calculation is considered, and the threshold of the minimum number of common invocations is used at the same time. The standard of similarity calculation is adjusted for different data sets. In the selection of similar neighbors, the minimum similarity threshold is introduced to replace the traditional Top-K algorithm. Secondly, aiming at the prediction error caused by ignoring the ratio relationship between Web services QoS in the collaborative prediction method based on Pearson correlation coefficient calculation similarity, a Web service QoS collaborative prediction method considering similar ratio is proposed. Based on the historical QoS data, the method combines the user-based and service-based collaborative prediction methods, and calculates the similarity ratio according to the ratio of the QoS of the prediction object to the average value of the QoS of the similar neighbor. The QoS prediction value is obtained by adding a similar ratio in the process of collaborative prediction calculation. At the same time, the SRPre service recommendation platform is proposed, in which the collaboration between collector and data center solves the difficulty of collecting QoS data, and the recommendation module is implemented by SRPre method. Finally, according to the requirements of the proposed SRPre service recommendation platform and experiments, an experimental prototype system is built. On the real data set, the SRPre method is tested and analyzed, and compared with other prediction methods.
