【摘要】：當(dāng)前,以計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)為代表的信息技術(shù)已經(jīng)成為推動社會發(fā)展的最重要的力量,以其巨大的優(yōu)勢不斷與其他行業(yè)進(jìn)行深度整合,深刻的影響和改變了其他行業(yè)的工作效率和運(yùn)行模式,推動了各個行業(yè)不斷針對其生產(chǎn)力的巨大需求進(jìn)行信息化提升和改進(jìn),甚至是改革。為了適應(yīng)當(dāng)前社會的發(fā)展趨勢,徽商銀行也必須不斷進(jìn)行自身的信息化改造,提升自身的業(yè)務(wù)效率、業(yè)務(wù)水平,提高自身的服務(wù)質(zhì)量。本文首先綜述了銀行柜員管理系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,以及當(dāng)今網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息化技術(shù)的發(fā)展背景,分析其功能單一、可擴(kuò)展性差和數(shù)據(jù)處理能力不強(qiáng)等問題,介紹開發(fā)銀行柜員管理系統(tǒng)的意義和目標(biāo)。其次,通過調(diào)研分析銀行柜員管理系統(tǒng)的需求現(xiàn)狀,對整個銀行柜員管理系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了總體架構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì),并通過軟件工程通用建模語言UML對系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了層次化建模,清晰描述了銀行柜員管理系統(tǒng)的整體業(yè)務(wù)流程。然后,分別從柜員管理、機(jī)構(gòu)管理、角色管理、應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)管理、日志管理等方面進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)。本文使用成熟的計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù),基于Oracle數(shù)據(jù)庫,完成了銀行柜員管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)現(xiàn)。最后為了保證系統(tǒng)的穩(wěn)定性,對系統(tǒng)各個模塊的實(shí)現(xiàn)進(jìn)行了規(guī)范化的系統(tǒng)測試。為了保證系統(tǒng)的安全與穩(wěn)定,符合銀行業(yè)務(wù)需求,采用軟件測試的規(guī)范方法進(jìn)行全面的系統(tǒng)測試,實(shí)際使用證明,該系統(tǒng)的工作效率得到了有效提高,并且業(yè)務(wù)操作的規(guī)范化確保了數(shù)據(jù)安全和運(yùn)行的穩(wěn)定性。
[Abstract]:At present, information technology, represented by computer technology, has become the most important force to promote social development. It has deeply influenced and changed the working efficiency and operation mode of other industries, and promoted various industries to continuously promote and improve their productivity in accordance with the huge demand of information, and even reform. In order to adapt to the current trend of social development, Huizhou Merchants Bank must constantly carry out its own information transformation, improve its own business efficiency, business level, and improve its service quality. This paper first summarizes the current situation of bank teller management system and the development background of network information technology, analyzes the problems such as its single function, poor expansibility and weak data processing ability. This paper introduces the significance and goal of developing bank teller management system. Secondly, through the investigation and analysis of the bank teller management system, the overall architecture of the bank teller management system is designed, and the hierarchical modeling of the system is carried out through the software engineering general modeling language UML. The whole business process of bank teller management system is described clearly. Then, detailed design is made from the aspects of teller management, organization management, role management, application system management, log management and so on. In this paper, the design and implementation of bank teller management system based on Oracle database is completed by using mature computer technology. Finally, in order to ensure the stability of the system, the implementation of each module of the system has been standardized system testing. In order to ensure the security and stability of the system and meet the needs of the banking business, the software testing method is adopted to carry out the overall system test. The practical use proves that the system's working efficiency has been effectively improved. And the standardization of business operations ensures the security of data and the stability of operation.
