【摘要】:水文資料是一切與水相關(guān)聯(lián)的經(jīng)濟(jì)社會建設(shè)和發(fā)展的重要基礎(chǔ)信息和決策依據(jù)。黃河的治理、研究和管理工作的力度不斷深入、廣度不斷拓展,對水文信息需求的用戶越來越多,需求層次和技術(shù)含量也在不斷提高。近百年的黃河水文,不但為黃河的防治水旱災(zāi)做出了巨大貢獻(xiàn),同時(shí)也積累了大量的水文資料,但是,目前這些資料的對外服務(wù)還僅限于提供原始資料,無法提供權(quán)威的統(tǒng)計(jì)分析計(jì)算成果,并且由于長系列的、經(jīng)過整編的水文資料是保密資料,其原始資料一般不對外提供服務(wù),僅對應(yīng)用于黃河治理與開發(fā)、水資源管理、國民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展等關(guān)乎國計(jì)民生的水利工程及相應(yīng)領(lǐng)域的項(xiàng)目提供資料服務(wù)。水文資料服務(wù)面較窄、服務(wù)形式單一。沒有充分發(fā)揮水文資料的作用,降低了水文作為基礎(chǔ)行業(yè)的作用。因此,建設(shè)黃河水沙數(shù)據(jù)業(yè)務(wù)系統(tǒng),向水沙數(shù)據(jù)應(yīng)用人員提供更好的、統(tǒng)一規(guī)范的、權(quán)威的統(tǒng)計(jì)分析計(jì)算成果,提高水沙數(shù)據(jù)的服務(wù)層次與能力是黃河水文的當(dāng)務(wù)之急。主要研究內(nèi)容和成果如下:(1)以計(jì)算機(jī)網(wǎng)絡(luò)為依托,研究中間件技術(shù)、GIS技術(shù)、數(shù)據(jù)庫技術(shù)等信息技術(shù)在黃河水沙數(shù)據(jù)業(yè)務(wù)系統(tǒng)中的應(yīng)用;(2)以歷史水文數(shù)據(jù)庫、實(shí)時(shí)雨水情數(shù)據(jù)庫、水庫河道大斷面數(shù)據(jù)庫為基礎(chǔ),研究黃河水沙數(shù)據(jù)業(yè)務(wù)系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn),構(gòu)建集黃河水沙信息資源管理、共享服務(wù)、專業(yè)應(yīng)用等功能于一體的水沙數(shù)據(jù)業(yè)務(wù)系統(tǒng),提供可靠、高效、準(zhǔn)確的水文信息服務(wù)。
[Abstract]:Hydrological data is an important basic information and decision basis for all economic and social construction and development related to water. The management, research and management of the Yellow River continue to deepen and expand in scope. More and more users are in need of hydrological information, and the level of demand and the technical content are also increasing. The hydrology of the Yellow River in the past 100 years has not only made a great contribution to the prevention and control of water and drought in the Yellow River, but also accumulated a large amount of hydrological data. However, at present, the external services of these data are limited to the provision of raw data. Unable to provide authoritative statistical analysis and calculation results, and because the long series of integrated hydrological data are confidential, the original data are generally not provided with services to the outside world, and are only applied to the control and development of the Yellow River, water resources management, National economic development and other water conservancy projects related to the national economy and people's livelihood and the corresponding field of projects to provide information services. Hydrological data service area is narrow, service form is single. The function of hydrological data has not been brought into full play and the function of hydrology as a basic industry has been reduced. Therefore, it is urgent for the Yellow River hydrology to build the Yellow River water sediment data business system, provide better, unified and authoritative statistical analysis and calculation results for the water and sediment data application personnel, and improve the service level and capacity of the water and sediment data. The main research contents and results are as follows: (1) based on computer network, this paper studies the application of middleware technology, such as GIS technology and database technology, in the Yellow River water and sediment data business system. Based on the large section database of reservoir channel, the design and implementation of Yellow River water and sediment data business system are studied, and a water sediment data business system which integrates the functions of Yellow River water and sediment information resource management, sharing service, professional application and so on is constructed to provide reliable data. Efficient and accurate hydrological information service.
