【摘要】：國(guó)家中醫(yī)藥管理局從2011年開(kāi)展全國(guó)中藥資源普查試點(diǎn)工作之至今,已收集和匯總了大量數(shù)據(jù),包括野生藥用植物資源數(shù)據(jù)、栽培藥用植物信息、傳統(tǒng)知識(shí)、標(biāo)本信息等。傳統(tǒng)的紙質(zhì)記錄對(duì)成果的查詢與共享應(yīng)用較為不便。該研究采用B/S架構(gòu)、Java Web框架和SOA的方法設(shè)計(jì)并研發(fā)了第四次全國(guó)中藥成果展示系統(tǒng)。通過(guò)對(duì)中藥資源普查試點(diǎn)上報(bào)數(shù)據(jù)的整合和梳理,為用戶提供一體化的數(shù)據(jù)服務(wù)和數(shù)據(jù)查詢展示解決方案。該系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)了精細(xì)的數(shù)據(jù)分類,具有簡(jiǎn)潔的數(shù)據(jù)檢索和高效的統(tǒng)計(jì)分析功能,利用Echarts組件、Geo Server、Open Layers等技術(shù)提供了圖表、地圖等多樣化的數(shù)據(jù)展示形式,通過(guò)表格、統(tǒng)計(jì)圖、地圖3種形式,從中藥資源、時(shí)間、空間3個(gè)維度,在國(guó)家、省(區(qū)、市)、縣3個(gè)層級(jí),對(duì)一般調(diào)查、重點(diǎn)調(diào)查、栽培調(diào)查、工作方案、種質(zhì)資源、藥材樣品、臘葉標(biāo)本、中藥材市場(chǎng)、傳統(tǒng)知識(shí)9個(gè)方面300多項(xiàng)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行查詢統(tǒng)計(jì)和展示,直觀、形象地體現(xiàn)資源的數(shù)量、分布、種類等,滿足了不同級(jí)別用戶的數(shù)據(jù)制圖需求,為管理決策提供支持。
[Abstract]:The State Administration of traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) has collected and collected a large number of data, including wild medicinal plant resource data, cultivated medicinal plant information, traditional knowledge, specimen information and so on. Traditional paper records are inconvenient to query and share results. In this study, the fourth national Chinese medicine achievement display system was designed and developed by using B / S architecture, Java Web framework and SOA. Through the integration and combing of the data reported in the pilot survey of traditional Chinese medicine resources, the integrated data service and data query display solution are provided for the users. The system realizes fine data classification, has the function of concise data retrieval and efficient statistical analysis, and provides a variety of data display forms, such as charts, maps and so on, by using Echarts components such as Geo Server Open Layers. Map 3 forms, from three dimensions of traditional Chinese medicine resources, time and space, to general investigation, key investigation, cultivation survey, work program, germplasm resources, medicinal materials samples, preserved leaf specimens in national, provincial (district, city, county) levels, In Chinese herbal medicine market, more than 300 indexes in 9 aspects of traditional knowledge are queried and displayed, which directly and vividly reflect the quantity, distribution and type of resources, which meet the data mapping needs of users of different levels and provide support for management decisions.
