基于方向局部極值模式的圖像檢索算法

【摘要】:針對(duì)基于局部二值模式(local binary patterns,LBP)的圖像檢索算法對(duì)局部噪聲敏感,導(dǎo)致算法抗噪能力弱、魯棒性低等不足,提出一種基于方向局部極值模式(directional local extrema patterns,DLEP)的圖像檢索算法。通過計(jì)算圖像像素點(diǎn)在0°、45°、90°和135°這個(gè)方向的局部極值,得到這4個(gè)方向的DLEP模式,利用DLEP在紋理提取過程中獲取更多的方向邊緣信息和空間關(guān)系;基于4個(gè)方向的DLEP模式,形成圖像方向的DLEP直方圖,根據(jù)DLEP直方圖,構(gòu)建圖像的特征向量;引入相似距離度量進(jìn)行特征匹配,完成圖像檢索。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,與LBP、基于塊的LBP算法和中心對(duì)稱局部二值模式進(jìn)行比較,在Corel圖像數(shù)據(jù)庫中,該算法具有更高的查準(zhǔn)率、查全率和平均檢索率。
[Abstract]:An image retrieval algorithm based on local binary pattern (LBP) is proposed, which is sensitive to local noise, which leads to weak anti-noise ability and low robustness. An image retrieval algorithm based on directional local extrema pattern (DLEP) is proposed. By calculating the local extremum of the pixel points in the direction of 0 擄~ 45 擄~ 90 擄and 135 擄, the DLEP mode in these four directions is obtained, and more direction edge information and spatial relationship are obtained by using DLEP in the process of texture extraction, and the DLEP mode based on four directions is used to obtain the spatial relationship. The DLEP histogram of the direction of the image is formed, the feature vector of the image is constructed according to the DLEP histogram, and the similarity distance metric is introduced to carry out the feature matching to complete the image retrieval. The experimental results show that compared with LBP, block based LBP algorithm and centrosymmetric local binary mode, the algorithm has higher recall, recall and average retrieval rate in Corel image database.
