【摘要】：【目的/意義】為解決服務(wù)質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)難以量化、數(shù)據(jù)來(lái)源可信度低等問(wèn)題,本文提出一種在線(xiàn)評(píng)論情感分析和多屬性法相結(jié)合的酒店服務(wù)質(zhì)量測(cè)量模型�！痉椒�/過(guò)程】以在線(xiàn)評(píng)論的情感語(yǔ)義分析作為服務(wù)質(zhì)量測(cè)量的數(shù)據(jù)來(lái)源,以TOPSIS多屬性法作為測(cè)量方法�！窘Y(jié)果/結(jié)論】通過(guò)實(shí)驗(yàn)分析,證明了研究方法的有效性和科學(xué)性。其研究結(jié)果既作為情感分析研究走向應(yīng)用的一次探索,也為服務(wù)質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)的研究提供了一條可行的技術(shù)路線(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:[objective / significance] to address the problems of difficult quantification of service quality evaluation and low reliability of data sources, In this paper, a hotel service quality measurement model based on the combination of online comment emotion analysis and multi-attribute method is proposed. [method / process] takes the emotional semantic analysis of online comment as the data source of the quality of service measurement. The TOPSIS multi-attribute method is used as the measurement method. [results / conclusion] the validity and scientific nature of the research method are proved by experimental analysis. The research results not only provide an exploration for the application of affective analysis, but also provide a feasible technical route for the research of service quality evaluation.
