基于區(qū)塊鏈的云取證系統(tǒng)研究與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:現(xiàn)如今人們正從IT時(shí)代走向DT(Data technology)時(shí)代,同時(shí)伴隨著云計(jì)算的發(fā)展及云計(jì)算應(yīng)用的大量普及,針對(duì)“云”平臺(tái)下的各種不法行為也越來越多。電子取證技術(shù)雖然是打擊計(jì)算機(jī)犯罪和計(jì)算機(jī)網(wǎng)絡(luò)犯罪的關(guān)鍵技術(shù),但是在云計(jì)算環(huán)境下,傳統(tǒng)的電子取證技術(shù)和方法面臨著諸多新的挑戰(zhàn)。云取證與傳統(tǒng)的電子取證相比面臨著數(shù)據(jù)分散、數(shù)據(jù)控制有限、取證監(jiān)督鏈難以實(shí)現(xiàn)、多租戶環(huán)境等諸多困難,目前學(xué)術(shù)界也已經(jīng)提出了不少關(guān)于云取證的技術(shù)方案,但是這些方案并沒有完全解決云計(jì)算對(duì)取證工作的挑戰(zhàn),尤其是在CSPs(云服務(wù)提供者)、調(diào)查者、用戶等不誠實(shí)的場(chǎng)景,以及證據(jù)監(jiān)督鏈不完整的問題。本課題為了克服以上問題,提出了一種基于區(qū)塊鏈的云取證方案,采用區(qū)塊鏈的全新理念,以去中心化、去信任化的方式來解決無論是存證方還是保全方都無法篡改保全在區(qū)塊鏈上的電子證據(jù),并實(shí)現(xiàn)電子證據(jù)的可驗(yàn)證和可追溯。本課題借助區(qū)塊鏈的全新思想,把電子數(shù)據(jù)記錄在區(qū)塊鏈上,并結(jié)合加密算法、時(shí)間戳、數(shù)字簽名等技術(shù),設(shè)計(jì)并搭建了基于區(qū)塊鏈的云取證系統(tǒng)。系統(tǒng)主要采用區(qū)塊鏈分布式數(shù)據(jù)庫的特點(diǎn),即采用P2P網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)的去中心化、使用加密算法保證用戶數(shù)據(jù)的安全性、使用Merkle樹技術(shù)保證數(shù)據(jù)的不可篡改及可追溯、使用共識(shí)算法保障計(jì)算節(jié)點(diǎn)間數(shù)據(jù)的一致性、且通過時(shí)間戳技術(shù)保證數(shù)據(jù)在某個(gè)特定時(shí)間段或者某個(gè)特定時(shí)間之前的存在性以及采用首尾相連的鏈?zhǔn)綌?shù)據(jù)結(jié)構(gòu)等技術(shù),設(shè)計(jì)了一種去中心化的、可驗(yàn)證、不可篡改的云取證系統(tǒng)。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, with the development of cloud computing and the popularity of cloud computing applications, there are more and more illegal behaviors under the "cloud" platform as people move from the IT era to the era of DT(Data technology. Electronic forensics technology is the key technology to combat computer crime and computer network crime, but in the cloud computing environment, the traditional electronic forensics technology and methods are facing many new challenges. Compared with traditional electronic forensics, cloud forensics faces many difficulties, such as scattered data, limited data control, difficult to realize the chain of forensic supervision, multi-tenant environment and so on. At present, the academic circles have also put forward a lot of technical schemes about cloud forensics. However, these solutions do not completely address the challenges of cloud computing to forensics, especially in the CSPss (cloud service providers, investigators, users, etc.) dishonest scenarios, and the incomplete chain of evidence supervision. In order to overcome the above problems, this paper proposes a cloud forensics scheme based on block chain, which adopts a new concept of block chain to decentralize. The method of distrust can not tamper with the electronic evidence in the block chain, and realize the verification and traceability of the electronic evidence. With the help of the new idea of block chain, the electronic data is recorded on the block chain, and the cloud forensics system based on block chain is designed and built in combination with encryption algorithm, time stamp, digital signature and so on. The system mainly adopts the characteristics of block chain distributed database, that is, using P2P network technology to realize the decentralization of the system, using encryption algorithm to ensure the security of user data, and using Merkle tree technology to ensure that the data can not be tampered with and traceable. The consensus algorithm is used to guarantee the consistency of the data between nodes, and the existence of the data in a certain time period or before a certain time period is guaranteed by the timestamp technology, and the chained data structure is used. A decentralized, verifiable, untampered cloud forensics system is designed.
