【摘要】:隨著智能手機(jī)近年來(lái)的快速普及,電子政務(wù)又有了新的發(fā)展,已經(jīng)發(fā)展很成熟的電腦端軟件一直在電子政務(wù)中扮演著重要的角色,移動(dòng)客戶端也以一個(gè)新成員的身份加入了辦公事務(wù)處理工具這個(gè)大家庭。Android系統(tǒng)作為當(dāng)前市場(chǎng)占比最大的手機(jī)操作系統(tǒng),其普遍性和開(kāi)源特性給了我們更多的空間來(lái)開(kāi)發(fā)出新穎別致的軟件。土地監(jiān)管的信息化是國(guó)土資源電子政務(wù)建設(shè)的重要推進(jìn),而將智能手機(jī)這一移動(dòng)客戶端加入進(jìn)來(lái),與之前一直使用的電腦端軟件結(jié)合,更增加了管理的便捷性和即時(shí)性,各類違法違規(guī)用地行為能夠"早發(fā)現(xiàn)、早報(bào)告、早制止",實(shí)現(xiàn)"從嚴(yán)從快查處整改"的目標(biāo)。本監(jiān)管系統(tǒng)就是將手機(jī)移動(dòng)端和電腦端結(jié)合開(kāi)發(fā)的一個(gè)監(jiān)管平臺(tái),主要功能模塊有六個(gè)模塊,分別是巡查上報(bào)模塊,待辦任務(wù)管理模塊,地塊分析和查詢模塊,備案審批模塊,任務(wù)下發(fā)模塊和統(tǒng)計(jì)分析模塊。在公司實(shí)習(xí)的這段時(shí)間,我主要參與的工作內(nèi)容如下:(1)可行性研究,與項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人一起分析行業(yè)當(dāng)前發(fā)展的狀況和同類型產(chǎn)品的特點(diǎn),從技術(shù)、經(jīng)濟(jì)等方面研究項(xiàng)目的實(shí)施。(2)需求分析,與產(chǎn)品經(jīng)理一起參與需求討論會(huì),記錄分析需求要點(diǎn)并作記錄,完善需求規(guī)格說(shuō)明書。(3)概要設(shè)計(jì),通過(guò)需求分析得出的結(jié)果,劃分系統(tǒng)模塊和功能,確定所有模塊的功能點(diǎn),該階段的成果直接用于指導(dǎo)后期的編碼和質(zhì)量保障工作,是系統(tǒng)最終取得成功的重要保證。(4)詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)現(xiàn),根據(jù)之前階段得到的結(jié)果,對(duì)各個(gè)功能模塊的數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),編寫出高質(zhì)量的代碼并且進(jìn)行單元測(cè)試。(5)系統(tǒng)測(cè)試和驗(yàn)證,對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行功能性測(cè)試和非功能性測(cè)試,對(duì)比需求分析階段的預(yù)期結(jié)果是否一致。本監(jiān)管系統(tǒng)采用面向SOA的架構(gòu)技術(shù),采用B/S和C/S相結(jié)合的多層系統(tǒng)架構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)和面向?qū)ο蠹夹g(shù),同時(shí)結(jié)合使用了工作流技術(shù),Android移動(dòng)端和基于Web的電腦端共同完成日常監(jiān)管功能。Web端的采用了流行的Spring框架,與Android移動(dòng)端通過(guò)WebService實(shí)現(xiàn)通信,并將地理信息系統(tǒng)集成到工作流應(yīng)用中,以GIS技術(shù)作為系統(tǒng)的圖形處理以及空間數(shù)據(jù)分析的主要技術(shù)支持,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)GIS、MIS的無(wú)縫集成。目前本系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)開(kāi)發(fā)完成初版,配合編寫的使用手冊(cè)交付給用戶試運(yùn)行,后續(xù)會(huì)根據(jù)用戶使用反饋來(lái)繼續(xù)進(jìn)行完善和調(diào)整。
[Abstract]:With the rapid popularization of smart phones in recent years, E-government has a new development, and computer software, which has developed very well, has always played an important role in e-government. The mobile client has also joined the Office transaction processing tool, the family. Android system, as the largest mobile operating system in the current market as a new member. Its universal and open source features give us more space to develop novel and chic software. The informatization of land supervision is an important advance in the construction of land and resources electronic government affairs, and the integration of smart phone, a mobile client, with the computer software that has been used all the time has increased the convenience and immediacy of management. All kinds of illegal land use activities can be "early detection, early reporting, early stop", and achieve the goal of "strict and prompt investigation and correction." The supervision system is a supervision platform developed by combining mobile phone and computer. The main functional modules are six modules, which are inspection and report module, task management module to be done, land analysis and inquiry module, record and approval module. Task sending module and statistical analysis module. During my internship period in the company, my main work was as follows: 1) Feasibility study, working with project leaders to analyze the current development of the industry and the characteristics of the same type of products, from technology to technology. The implementation of economic and other aspects of the research project requirements analysis, with the product manager to participate in the demand discussion, record analysis of the requirements and records, improve the requirements specification. 3) summary design, through the requirements analysis results, The system modules and functions are divided, and the function points of all modules are determined. The results of this stage are directly used to guide the coding and quality assurance work in the later stage, which is an important guarantee for the success of the system. According to the results obtained from the previous stage, the data structure of each functional module is designed, the high-quality code is written and the unit test is carried out to test and verify the system, and the functional and non-functional tests of the system are carried out. Compare the expected results of the requirements analysis phase. The supervision system adopts SOA oriented architecture technology, and adopts the multi-tier system architecture design and object oriented technology which combines B / S and C / S. At the same time, combining the workflow technology with the mobile terminal of Web and the computer terminal based on Web, the function of daily supervision is completed. The web end adopts the popular Spring framework, and communicates with the mobile terminal of Android through WebService. The GIS is integrated into the workflow application, and the GIS technology is used as the main technical support for the graphic processing and spatial data analysis of the system, so as to realize the seamless integration of GIS MIS. At present, the system has been developed and completed the first edition, with the user manual written to the user to test operation, the follow-up will continue to improve and adjust according to user feedback.
