【摘要】:目前世界上沒有一個(gè)發(fā)達(dá)國家能做到對(duì)于每個(gè)急救呼救都立即派遣一名醫(yī)生到達(dá)患者身邊。我國是發(fā)展中國家,面臨人口老齡化、120呼救量逐年上升、院前醫(yī)生越來越缺乏等問題,我市也不例外,如何利用MPDS解決急救需求高速上升和院前醫(yī)療力量發(fā)展瓶頸的矛盾問題十分緊迫。因而本課題根據(jù)這樣的需求,設(shè)計(jì)了鞍山市緊急救援中心分級(jí)調(diào)度系統(tǒng)。鞍山市緊急救援中心分級(jí)調(diào)度系統(tǒng)的實(shí)現(xiàn)主要包括四個(gè)階段。首先,對(duì)整個(gè)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行需求分析,確定系統(tǒng)的業(yè)務(wù)需求、功能需求以及用戶需求,并結(jié)合系統(tǒng)流程圖進(jìn)行可行性分析;其次,結(jié)合數(shù)據(jù)流圖概要設(shè)計(jì)系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行所需的各種數(shù)據(jù);然后,結(jié)合各個(gè)系統(tǒng)功能對(duì)各模塊進(jìn)行詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì),具體到每個(gè)模塊的流程實(shí)現(xiàn)、以及如何設(shè)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)庫以提高查詢效率、病人信息的安全性、急救信息來源的可靠性和準(zhǔn)確性;最后,對(duì)該系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行測(cè)試,全面評(píng)估系統(tǒng)功能。鞍山市120系統(tǒng)在現(xiàn)有指揮調(diào)度系統(tǒng)的基礎(chǔ)上,引進(jìn)國際先進(jìn)的分級(jí)調(diào)度指揮系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)科學(xué)、快速、高效的分級(jí)調(diào)度,實(shí)現(xiàn)調(diào)度流程的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、病情評(píng)估準(zhǔn)確化、急救資源利用的科學(xué)化,實(shí)現(xiàn)院前院內(nèi)急救鏈條上的高效運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)、無縫銜接。采用MPDS急救優(yōu)先調(diào)度系統(tǒng)指揮調(diào)度管理模式,利用事先精心準(zhǔn)備的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)對(duì)話預(yù)案進(jìn)行急救電話的受理,進(jìn)行針對(duì)性的、有效的自救互救指導(dǎo),最大程度保證所救治人員的生命安全。應(yīng)用MPDS提高緊急救治能力及診療質(zhì)量勢(shì)在必行。
[Abstract]:No developed country in the world can send a doctor to every emergency call right now. China is a developing country, facing problems such as the aging population is increasing year by year, the number of pre-hospital doctors is increasingly scarce, and so on, our city is no exception. It is urgent to solve the problem of how to use MPDS to solve the contradiction between the rapid increase of emergency demand and the bottleneck of pre-hospital medical force development. Therefore, according to this demand, this paper designs a hierarchical dispatching system for Anshan Emergency Rescue Center. The realization of the hierarchical dispatching system of Anshan Emergency Rescue Center mainly includes four stages. Firstly, the requirement analysis of the whole system is carried out to determine the business requirements, functional requirements and user requirements of the system, and the feasibility analysis is carried out in combination with the system flow chart. Secondly, the various data required for the system operation are designed according to the data flow diagram outline. Then, each module is designed in detail according to each system function, and how to design the database to improve the query efficiency, the safety of patient information, the reliability and accuracy of the first aid information source, and how to design the database to improve the efficiency of inquiry, the reliability and accuracy of the first aid information source; Finally, the system is tested and the function of the system is evaluated. Based on the existing command and dispatching system, Anshan 120 system introduces international advanced hierarchical scheduling system to realize scientific, fast and efficient hierarchical scheduling, standardization of scheduling process and accurate assessment of disease condition. The scientific utilization of first aid resources can realize the efficient operation and seamless connection on the chain of first aid in the front hospital. Using the command management mode of MPDS emergency priority dispatching system, using the standard dialogue plan prepared in advance to accept the first aid telephone, and carrying out targeted and effective self-rescue and rescue guidance, To the greatest extent to ensure the safety of the lives of the personnel. It is imperative to improve the ability and quality of diagnosis and treatment with MPDS.
