【摘要】：海南省有著豐富的農(nóng)業(yè)自然資源,也是國際旅游島,生態(tài)立省是開展一切工作的前提和關(guān)鍵,農(nóng)業(yè)信息化建設(shè)與生態(tài)立省的理念不謀而合,農(nóng)業(yè)信息化建設(shè)是實(shí)現(xiàn)海南科學(xué)發(fā)展、綠色崛起的重要舉措。在實(shí)現(xiàn)傳統(tǒng)農(nóng)業(yè)朝著現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)方向演變,離不開計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)和信息技術(shù)的支持。在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代,社會(huì)已經(jīng)形成了以互聯(lián)網(wǎng)和信息技術(shù)為支撐的經(jīng)濟(jì)系統(tǒng),要與時(shí)俱進(jìn),就要積極參與到互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時(shí)代的供應(yīng)鏈生產(chǎn)中�，F(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)的一大特色就是農(nóng)業(yè)信息服務(wù)水平高,這要在信息科技的支持下才能實(shí)現(xiàn)。建立起綜合的農(nóng)業(yè)信息服務(wù)平臺(tái),有利于讓農(nóng)業(yè)與與其他經(jīng)濟(jì)體搭建橋梁,改變已有的資源配置結(jié)構(gòu),提高農(nóng)業(yè)的商品化程度。另外,還能夠提高農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)管理水平和經(jīng)營管理水平,促進(jìn)其生產(chǎn)的科學(xué)化、效率化、市場(chǎng)化�；ヂ�(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)應(yīng)用在農(nóng)業(yè)信息化中為海南省農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)展提供了一個(gè)全新的平臺(tái),對(duì)農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化以及農(nóng)民增收,都具有重要意義。本文以“海南省農(nóng)業(yè)信息系統(tǒng)的分析與實(shí)現(xiàn)”為主要研究對(duì)象,在現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)理論、農(nóng)業(yè)科技創(chuàng)新、可持續(xù)發(fā)展、農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)等理論框架之下,以農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展和信息技術(shù)的結(jié)合為探討的切入點(diǎn),首先分析了我國農(nóng)業(yè)目前的信息發(fā)展水平以及發(fā)展問題所在,然后,結(jié)合我國的農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展實(shí)際和信息系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展理論,提出促進(jìn)現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)信息技術(shù)水平發(fā)展的改善方案。同時(shí),結(jié)合國外成功先進(jìn)的農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)和農(nóng)業(yè)信息化發(fā)展的經(jīng)驗(yàn),構(gòu)建了具有可操作性的戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展模式。另外,本文還做了實(shí)踐調(diào)研和分析,在前文發(fā)展理論的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合海南省農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,以互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的農(nóng)業(yè)信息化發(fā)展模式為基點(diǎn),提出相應(yīng)的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略和措施,希望本文的研究不僅對(duì)相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的理論研究能夠起到一定的擴(kuò)展作用,而且也能夠?qū)Ｄ鲜‖F(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)信息化建設(shè)提供可操作的指導(dǎo)方案。本文的研究兼具有重要的理論意義和實(shí)踐價(jià)值。本文首先介紹了農(nóng)業(yè)信息系統(tǒng)建設(shè)的背景,對(duì)國內(nèi)外農(nóng)業(yè)信息化的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析比較,重點(diǎn)研究了目前海南省農(nóng)業(yè)信息化的建設(shè)情況。除了基礎(chǔ)事實(shí)信息的收集,本文的核心內(nèi)容在于構(gòu)建具有可操作性的海南省農(nóng)業(yè)信息服務(wù)平臺(tái),按照常規(guī)信息平臺(tái)的設(shè)計(jì)理論,完成了該系統(tǒng)的需求分析,并確定了可實(shí)現(xiàn)的關(guān)鍵系統(tǒng)技術(shù),然后按照需求規(guī)劃,設(shè)計(jì)出功能板塊,最后完成該系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)。在設(shè)計(jì)過程中涉及到關(guān)鍵技術(shù)包括.NET、Web service、視頻通訊技術(shù)等,并對(duì)海南上當(dāng)?shù)氐霓r(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展需求進(jìn)行了分析,確定了系統(tǒng)的幾大主要功能模塊。系統(tǒng)模塊包括農(nóng)業(yè)信息咨詢、技術(shù)課堂、農(nóng)業(yè)應(yīng)用、管理等。同時(shí),本文在交流方式上進(jìn)行了創(chuàng)新,除了文字和圖片之外,還考慮到提高人機(jī)交互的效率和趣味,引入了視頻教學(xué)和視頻通訊技術(shù)等具有特色及實(shí)用性的技術(shù),豐富了該系統(tǒng)的構(gòu)建。在對(duì)該農(nóng)業(yè)信息服務(wù)系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)中,重點(diǎn)分析了系統(tǒng)的需求,以及系統(tǒng)架構(gòu)和數(shù)據(jù)庫搭建,并制定了針對(duì)性的各個(gè)功能模塊。本文采取了SQL Server 2000數(shù)據(jù)庫與Visual Studio2008的開發(fā)環(huán)境,并建立了相應(yīng)的驅(qū)動(dòng)程序和對(duì)接口,在此運(yùn)行環(huán)境下,既保障了系統(tǒng)擁有良好的擴(kuò)展性能,同時(shí),又保障了系統(tǒng)的后期維護(hù),具有很好的實(shí)用性。
[Abstract]:Hainan province has rich natural resources of agriculture and international tourism island, and ecological province is the prerequisite and key to carry out all work. The construction of agricultural informatization is the same as the concept of ecological province. The construction of agricultural information is an important measure to realize the scientific development of Hainan and the rise of green. In the era of Internet economy, the society has formed an economic system supported by the Internet and information technology in the era of Internet economy. In order to keep pace with the times, we should actively participate in the production of the supply chain in the Internet age. Under the support of information science and technology, a comprehensive agricultural information service platform will be set up to build a bridge between agriculture and other economies, to change the existing structure of resources and to improve the degree of commercialization of agriculture. In addition, it can also improve the level of agricultural production management and management, and promote the scientific and efficient production of its production. The application of Internet technology in agricultural informatization provides a new platform for the development of agriculture in Hainan province. It is of great significance to the development of agricultural economy, the modernization of agriculture and the increase of farmers' income. This paper focuses on "the analysis and reality of the agricultural information system in Hainan province" as the main research object, and in modern agriculture theory and agriculture. Under the theoretical framework of Industrial Science and technology innovation, sustainable development, and agricultural industry economics, this paper first analyzes the current level of information development and the problem of development in China's agriculture by combining the agricultural development and the combination of information technology. Then, it puts forward the promotion of the development theory of agricultural development and information system in China. The improvement scheme of modern agricultural information technology level development, at the same time, combined with the experience of foreign successful advanced agricultural industry and agricultural information development, a strategic development model has been constructed. In addition, this paper has done a practical investigation and analysis, on the basis of the previous development theory, combined with the current situation of agricultural development in Hainan Province, with each other. The development mode of the agricultural informatization is the base point, and the corresponding development strategy and measures are put forward. It is hoped that the research of this paper can not only expand the theoretical research of the related fields, but also provide an operable guidance scheme for the construction of modern agricultural information in Hainan province. This article first introduces the background of the construction of agricultural information system, analyzes and compares the current situation of the development of agricultural information at home and abroad, and focuses on the construction of agricultural information in Hainan province. In addition to the collection of basic facts, the core content of this article is to construct the operable agriculture of Hainan province. The industry information service platform, according to the design theory of the conventional information platform, completed the requirement analysis of the system, and determined the key system technology that can be realized. Then, the function plate was designed according to the requirement planning. Finally, the design of the system was completed. In the process of design, the key technologies included.NET, Web service, video communication technology. On the basis of the analysis of the local agricultural development demand in Hainan, the main functional modules of the system are determined. The system modules include agricultural information consultation, technology class, agricultural application and management. At the same time, this paper has made innovations in the way of communication, in addition to words and pictures, it also takes into account the efficiency and interest of human-computer interaction. In the design of the agricultural information service system, the requirements of the system, the system architecture and the database construction are emphatically analyzed, and the specific functional modules are formulated. The SQL Server 2000 is adopted in this paper. The database and Visual Studio2008 development environment, and the establishment of the corresponding driver and the interface, in this operation environment, not only to ensure the system has good expansion performance, but also to ensure the system later maintenance, with good practicality.
