開槽無芯片RFID濕度傳感器設(shè)計研究

【摘要】:提出了一種基于RFID技術(shù)的無芯片濕度傳感器標(biāo)簽。通過開槽蝕刻技術(shù)在覆銅FR4材料上制作縫隙散射體結(jié)構(gòu)。標(biāo)簽結(jié)構(gòu)分為兩個單元:編碼單元借助不同長度的縫隙組合存儲ID信息;通過在縫隙表面覆蓋硅納米線沉淀層構(gòu)成傳感單元,用來感知濕度的變化。該方案結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、成本低,無任何后處理工藝。測試系統(tǒng)利用交叉極化的兩臺喇叭天線作為發(fā)射和接收天線,依據(jù)雷達(dá)電磁反向散射原理測量傳輸系數(shù)曲線進而獲取標(biāo)簽的ID信息和外界濕度信息。實驗測試表明在25℃溫度及30%~90%的相對濕度范圍內(nèi),該無芯片濕度傳感器標(biāo)簽在215 MHz的頻帶范圍內(nèi)中心諧振頻率與相對濕度呈現(xiàn)穩(wěn)定的近似線性關(guān)系,其靈敏度超過2.9 MHz/%RH。
[Abstract]:A chipless humidity sensor label based on RFID technology is proposed. Slot scatters were fabricated on copper clad FR4 by slotted etching. The tag structure is divided into two units: the coding unit stores ID information with the combination of gaps of different lengths, and the sensing unit is formed by covering the surface of the gap with the silicon nanowire precipitation layer, which is used to sense the change of humidity. The structure of the scheme is simple, the cost is low and there is no post-treatment process. Two horn antennas with cross-polarization are used as transmitting and receiving antennas in the test system. According to the principle of radar electromagnetic backscattering, the transmission coefficient curve is measured and the ID information and the external humidity information of the tag are obtained.
