專(zhuān)有云通用軟件平臺(tái)研究及實(shí)踐

【摘要】:我國(guó)中小企業(yè)在促進(jìn)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)穩(wěn)定增長(zhǎng)、拉動(dòng)民間投資、緩解就業(yè)壓力、促進(jìn)市場(chǎng)繁榮、保持社會(huì)穩(wěn)定等方面發(fā)揮著越來(lái)越重要的作用,作為企業(yè)的神經(jīng)系統(tǒng),中小企業(yè)的蓬勃發(fā)展離不開(kāi)現(xiàn)代信息的應(yīng)用,但是東部地區(qū)對(duì)中小企業(yè)信息化投資明顯大于西部地區(qū),東部中小企業(yè)IT應(yīng)用環(huán)境成熟,信息化建設(shè)目標(biāo)明確,相比而言,西部中小企業(yè)存在顯著的差距。在此背景下,利用云計(jì)算技術(shù),改變西部信息化系統(tǒng)建設(shè)模式,在節(jié)省資金投入的情況下建設(shè)一套中小企業(yè)專(zhuān)有云通用軟件平臺(tái),以較低的成本和投入將日常生產(chǎn)性的應(yīng)用遷移至云環(huán)境中,為西部中小企業(yè)信息化提供服務(wù),降低企業(yè)運(yùn)營(yíng)和建設(shè)維護(hù)成本。本文研究了云計(jì)算技術(shù),國(guó)內(nèi)外云計(jì)算產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,并研究了中小企業(yè)領(lǐng)域內(nèi)云計(jì)算服務(wù)的模式。利用云計(jì)算技術(shù),本文作者全程主導(dǎo)建設(shè)了西北中小企業(yè)云計(jì)算系統(tǒng),尤其是設(shè)計(jì)研發(fā)了中小企業(yè)專(zhuān)有云通用軟件平臺(tái)-西北中小企業(yè)云平臺(tái)。該平臺(tái)實(shí)現(xiàn)了對(duì)IaaS層資源的統(tǒng)一管理、調(diào)度和使用,通過(guò)PaaS層向第三方IT應(yīng)用企業(yè)統(tǒng)一提供開(kāi)發(fā)、測(cè)試、業(yè)務(wù)、軟件運(yùn)行環(huán)境,以及各類(lèi)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的通信API接口,供SaaS應(yīng)用的靈活調(diào)用,研究設(shè)計(jì)了與電信運(yùn)營(yíng)商BOSS(Business Operation Support System)系統(tǒng)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化接口實(shí)現(xiàn)靈活的服務(wù)計(jì)量功能,并且設(shè)計(jì)和整合了客戶(hù)自服務(wù)門(mén)戶(hù)、運(yùn)營(yíng)商管理門(mén)戶(hù)和ISV門(mén)戶(hù)三大門(mén)戶(hù),最終通過(guò)統(tǒng)一的系統(tǒng)門(mén)戶(hù)(www.xb-cloud.cn)面向中小企業(yè)提供“以租代建、按需購(gòu)買(mǎi)、即開(kāi)即用”、安全可靠、豐富的各類(lèi)SaaS云計(jì)算信息服務(wù)。本文也對(duì)西北中小企業(yè)云平臺(tái)關(guān)鍵技術(shù)進(jìn)行了研究,主要有數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)模型設(shè)計(jì)、接口設(shè)計(jì)、PaaS層通信服務(wù)接口技術(shù)、SaaS層門(mén)戶(hù)及管理流程設(shè)計(jì)和云平臺(tái)定時(shí)器等。目前,西北中小企業(yè)云平臺(tái)擁有服務(wù)器超過(guò)400臺(tái)、存儲(chǔ)超過(guò)400TB,承載虛擬化主機(jī)超過(guò)2000臺(tái),上線運(yùn)行各類(lèi)云計(jì)算應(yīng)用105項(xiàng)。面向制造、交通、商貿(mào)、物流、旅游、農(nóng)業(yè)、銷(xiāo)售、餐飲娛樂(lè)等多個(gè)行業(yè),已引入了包括薪酬管理、財(cái)務(wù)管理、移動(dòng)辦公、視頻會(huì)議、終端管理、車(chē)輛管理、企業(yè)網(wǎng)站建設(shè)、主機(jī)資源租賃、生產(chǎn)指揮調(diào)度、外勤人員管理、企業(yè)ERP、企業(yè)進(jìn)銷(xiāo)存等在內(nèi)的超百項(xiàng)云計(jì)算SaaS服務(wù)(即軟件產(chǎn)品服務(wù))和一站式解決方案,充分滿足行業(yè)客戶(hù)個(gè)性化需求。截至目前使用單位近1.8萬(wàn)家,使用用戶(hù)超過(guò)65萬(wàn)戶(hù)。西北中小企業(yè)平臺(tái)獲得第十七屆國(guó)際軟博會(huì)金獎(jiǎng),2014年獲得國(guó)家工信部首批“可信云服務(wù)認(rèn)證”,是甘肅省唯一一家獲得國(guó)家認(rèn)證的云服務(wù)平臺(tái)。下一步將做為中國(guó)移動(dòng)“移動(dòng)云”的一個(gè)重要節(jié)點(diǎn),實(shí)現(xiàn)與中國(guó)移動(dòng)“移動(dòng)云”的對(duì)接,將具備面向全國(guó)服務(wù)的能力,同時(shí)將承載甘肅省輿情云、工業(yè)云等行業(yè)云平臺(tái),未來(lái)力爭(zhēng)將西北中小企業(yè)云平臺(tái)打造成國(guó)內(nèi)中小企業(yè)領(lǐng)域中有全國(guó)影響力的一流云平臺(tái)。
[Abstract]:Small and medium-sized enterprises in China play an increasingly important role in promoting the steady growth of the national economy, stimulating private investment, alleviating the pressure of employment, promoting market prosperity and maintaining social stability. As the nervous system of enterprises, small and medium-sized enterprises play a more and more important role. The vigorous development of small and medium-sized enterprises can not be separated from the application of modern information. However, the investment in information technology in the eastern region is obviously larger than that in the western region. The IT application environment of the small and medium-sized enterprises in the east is mature, and the goal of information construction is clear. There is a significant gap between small and medium enterprises in the west. In this context, using cloud computing technology to change the western information system construction model, in the case of saving money to build a set of small and medium-sized enterprises proprietary cloud general software platform, The daily and productive application is transferred to the cloud environment with lower cost and input to provide service for the information of small and medium-sized enterprises in the west and reduce the cost of operation and construction and maintenance of the enterprise. This paper studies cloud computing technology, the development of cloud computing industry at home and abroad, and studies the model of cloud computing services in the field of small and medium-sized enterprises. Using cloud computing technology, the author leads the construction of the Northwest small and medium enterprises cloud computing system, especially the design and development of the small and medium-sized enterprises proprietary cloud general software platform-northwest small and medium-sized enterprises cloud platform. The platform realizes the unified management, scheduling and use of the IaaS layer resources, and provides the development, testing, business, software running environment and all kinds of standard communication API interfaces to the third party IT application enterprises through the PaaS layer. For the flexible call of SaaS application, this paper studies and designs a standardized interface with BOSS(Business Operation Support System) system of telecom operators to realize flexible service metering function, and designs and integrates three portals, namely, customer self-service portal, operator management portal and ISV portal. Finally, through a unified system portal, www.xb-cloud.cn), it provides small and medium-sized enterprises with a variety of SaaS cloud computing information services, such as "build on rent, buy on demand, use on demand", and be safe, reliable, and rich in all kinds of SaaS cloud computing information services. This paper also studies the key technologies of cloud platform for small and medium-sized enterprises in Northwest China, including database model design, interface design, PaaS layer communication service interface technology, SaaS layer portal, management process design and cloud platform timer. At present, the cloud platform of small and medium-sized enterprises in Northwest China has more than 400 servers, more than 400TBs storage, more than 2000 virtualized hosts, and 105 cloud computing applications running online. For manufacturing, transportation, trade, logistics, tourism, agriculture, sales, catering and entertainment, and other industries, has introduced including salary management, financial management, mobile office, videoconferencing, terminal management, vehicle management, enterprise website construction, More than 100 cloud computing SaaS services (i.e. software product services) and one-stop solutions, including host resource leasing, production command and scheduling, field personnel management, enterprise ERPand enterprise sales and storage, fully meet the personalized needs of industry customers. So far, the use of nearly 18000 units, the use of more than 650000 users. The Northwest small and Medium-sized Enterprises platform won the gold medal of the 17th International Soft-expo Fair, and won the first "trusted cloud service certification" by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology in 2014. It is the only cloud service platform in Gansu Province that has been certified by the state. The next step will be an important node of China Mobile's "mobile cloud", and the docking with China Mobile's "mobile cloud" will have the ability to serve the whole country. At the same time, it will carry the cloud platform of Gansu Province's public opinion, industrial cloud, and other industries. In the future, we will strive to build a cloud platform with national influence in the field of small and medium-sized enterprises in China.
