【摘要】：隨著中石化SAP系統(tǒng)在化工銷售分公司以及中石化分子公司的實施,化工銷售分公司的管理體制、銷售模式得到了進一步的明確,為了更好的優(yōu)化ERP流程,完善化工銷售分公司與生產(chǎn)企業(yè)之間的銷售模式,提高產(chǎn)品發(fā)運效率,開發(fā)IC卡發(fā)貨管理系統(tǒng)。論文在結(jié)合企業(yè)實際的需求,并進行了充分的可行性分析的基礎(chǔ)上,參考企業(yè)應(yīng)用集成的理論,詳細設(shè)計了系統(tǒng)的功能模塊,數(shù)據(jù)庫和SAP數(shù)據(jù)源接口等內(nèi)容,最后以微軟的.NETFramework框架為基礎(chǔ),結(jié)合SQL Server數(shù)據(jù)庫技術(shù)、SAP的RFC接口技術(shù)、Web Service等技術(shù)對系統(tǒng)功能進行了開發(fā),實現(xiàn)了生產(chǎn)企業(yè)發(fā)貨的訂單管理、開單管理、提貨管理及系統(tǒng)管理等業(yè)務(wù)管理功能及系統(tǒng)管理功能。測試及試用表明,系統(tǒng)符合用戶需求設(shè)計,通過與ERP系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)集成極大提高了產(chǎn)品的發(fā)運效率。
[Abstract]:With the implementation of Sinopec SAP system in chemical marketing branch and Sinopec sub-subsidiary, the management system and sales mode of chemical sales branch have been further clarified. In order to optimize the ERP process better, Improve the sales model between the chemical sales branch and production enterprises, improve the efficiency of product delivery, develop IC card delivery management system. Based on the actual demand of the enterprise and the feasibility analysis, the paper designs the function module, database and SAP data source interface of the system in detail, referring to the theory of enterprise application integration. Finally, on the basis of Microsoft's. Net Framework framework, combined with SQL Server database technology and RFC interface technology such as RFC Service, the system functions are developed, and the order management and billing management of production enterprises are realized. Delivery management and system management and other business management functions and system management functions. The test and trial show that the system meets the requirements of the user, and the data integration with the ERP system greatly improves the delivery efficiency of the product.
