【摘要】：從大數(shù)據(jù)共享平臺(tái)的特性入手,分析其系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)與現(xiàn)階段我國的建設(shè)思路。研究提出:(1)大數(shù)據(jù)共享平臺(tái)具有應(yīng)用導(dǎo)向、雙向開放、零邊際成本、技術(shù)包容和政府主導(dǎo)5個(gè)特性;(2)大數(shù)據(jù)共享平臺(tái)是由管理運(yùn)營(yíng)系統(tǒng)、數(shù)據(jù)資源平臺(tái)和數(shù)據(jù)應(yīng)用平臺(tái)等三大板塊構(gòu)成的無邊界虛擬平臺(tái)體系;(3)現(xiàn)階段我國建設(shè)大數(shù)據(jù)共享平臺(tái)適合采取牽引社會(huì)資本、推進(jìn)資源共享、建立利益交換機(jī)制、借助產(chǎn)學(xué)研一體化、完善政策保障等思路。
[Abstract]:Based on the characteristics of big data sharing platform, the system structure and construction ideas of our country are analyzed. It is proposed that the big data sharing platform is an application-oriented, two-way open, zero-marginal cost, technology-inclusive and government-led big data sharing platform. Data resource platform and data application platform, etc.) at present, the construction of big data sharing platform in our country is suitable for the traction of social capital, the promotion of resource sharing, and the establishment of benefit exchange mechanism. With the help of the integration of industry, education and research, improve the policy and other ideas.
