【摘要】:技術(shù)機(jī)會(huì)分析是技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的前提和基礎(chǔ),通過挖掘隱藏在海量數(shù)據(jù)背后的潛在技術(shù)機(jī)會(huì),為創(chuàng)新實(shí)踐提供有力支撐。針對當(dāng)前技術(shù)環(huán)境動(dòng)態(tài)化和技術(shù)信息復(fù)雜化的特點(diǎn),在相關(guān)研究結(jié)構(gòu)化梳理的基礎(chǔ)上,從異質(zhì)性混合網(wǎng)絡(luò)的視角出發(fā),突破同質(zhì)單一網(wǎng)絡(luò)知識發(fā)現(xiàn)的局限,建構(gòu)"耦合-共引"混合網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析模型,搭建基于混合網(wǎng)絡(luò)的技術(shù)機(jī)會(huì)分析內(nèi)容及流程,并設(shè)計(jì)與之相匹配的可視化工具,提出具有較強(qiáng)可操作性的混合網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)機(jī)會(huì)分析方法。在實(shí)際應(yīng)用上,從網(wǎng)絡(luò)整體、網(wǎng)絡(luò)組群和網(wǎng)絡(luò)個(gè)體三個(gè)層面對公路工程領(lǐng)域的技術(shù)機(jī)會(huì)進(jìn)行深度分析,揭示該領(lǐng)域技術(shù)機(jī)會(huì)存在的內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)和作用機(jī)理,為創(chuàng)新決策提供輔助支持。
[Abstract]:Technical opportunity analysis is the premise and foundation of technological innovation. By mining the potential technological opportunities hidden behind massive data, it can provide strong support for innovation practice. In view of the characteristics of the dynamic technology environment and the complication of technical information at present, based on the related research structured combing and from the perspective of heterogeneous hybrid network, the paper breaks through the limitation of knowledge discovery in homogeneous single network. Construct the "coupling-cocitation" hybrid network analysis model, build the technical opportunity analysis content and process based on the hybrid network, and design the corresponding visualization tools. In this paper, a new method of opportunity analysis for hybrid network technology is proposed, which has strong maneuverability. In the practical application, the technical opportunities in the field of highway engineering are deeply analyzed from three aspects: the whole network, the network group and the network individual, and the internal structure and mechanism of the technical opportunities in this field are revealed. Provide support for innovation decision making.
