【摘要】：隨著網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)的日益普及,信息技術(shù)在各行各業(yè)的滲透身不由己,積累了大量的成功實(shí)施經(jīng)驗(yàn)。而高職院校的辦學(xué)形式越來越多樣化,規(guī)模不斷地膨脹,財(cái)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)的處理量呈指數(shù)級(jí)增加,現(xiàn)有的財(cái)務(wù)管理模式已無法滿足新的需求。在外部技術(shù)成熟和內(nèi)部需求擴(kuò)展的條件下,高職院校迫切需求一套適用的財(cái)務(wù)管理模式,實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)字信息的財(cái)務(wù)管理,提高從業(yè)人員的工作效率,提高管理水平與教學(xué)質(zhì)量,并通過數(shù)字信息的財(cái)務(wù)管理實(shí)現(xiàn)高校信息公開,使高職院校的信息公開范圍更廣闊,程度更深入。本文以廣東省某高職院校實(shí)際管理現(xiàn)狀需求為研究背景,主要依托校園網(wǎng)絡(luò),以財(cái)務(wù)信息管理為核心開展工作,并結(jié)合學(xué)校的實(shí)際狀況,滿足其他各個(gè)層次的管理需求,目的是實(shí)現(xiàn)高職院校的財(cái)務(wù)管理與日常業(yè)務(wù)融為一體的綜合管理模式,開發(fā)出適用于高職院校的財(cái)務(wù)信息管理系統(tǒng)。本文的主要完成以下工作內(nèi)容:1、描述高職院校的財(cái)務(wù)背景和研究了國(guó)外與國(guó)內(nèi)的相關(guān)研究現(xiàn)狀,在此基礎(chǔ)上得出文章的研究意義和主要研究?jī)?nèi)容。2、說明了高職院校財(cái)務(wù)相關(guān)系統(tǒng)的現(xiàn)有情況并介紹了相關(guān)的信息化技術(shù)的一些基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)。3、針對(duì)高職財(cái)務(wù)信息系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行需求的具體剖析和系統(tǒng)各個(gè)功能模塊的設(shè)計(jì)。4、結(jié)合高職院校財(cái)務(wù)的信息化需求和相關(guān)技術(shù),開發(fā)了高職財(cái)務(wù)信息管理系統(tǒng)。通過把高職財(cái)務(wù)信息化需求和現(xiàn)代化的網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息技術(shù)相結(jié)合,開發(fā)出適用高職院校的財(cái)務(wù)信息管理系統(tǒng),不僅加快了財(cái)務(wù)人員的工作效率,而且充分利用資源,方便高職院校的財(cái)務(wù)信息的廣泛傳播,達(dá)到《高等學(xué)校信息公開辦法》中的要求,向校外公布財(cái)務(wù)的相關(guān)信息。對(duì)于廣東省某高職院校來說,本系統(tǒng)的實(shí)現(xiàn)是整個(gè)校園通往信息化的關(guān)鍵一步,通過高職院校各個(gè)模塊功能信息化的實(shí)現(xiàn),最后形成一個(gè)邏輯嚴(yán)密、流程合理的系統(tǒng),為搭建校園管理一體化平臺(tái)提供條件,是高職院校科學(xué)、規(guī)范管理的關(guān)鍵。
[Abstract]:With the increasing popularity of network technology, information technology in various industries can not help but accumulate a large number of successful implementation experience. However, higher vocational colleges are becoming more and more diversified and expanding in scale, the amount of financial data processing is increasing exponentially, and the existing financial management mode can not meet the new needs. With the maturity of external technology and the expansion of internal demand, higher vocational colleges urgently need a set of suitable financial management mode to realize the financial management of digital information, to improve the working efficiency of employees, and to improve the management level and teaching quality. And through the financial management of digital information to realize the information disclosure in higher vocational colleges and universities, the scope and degree of information disclosure in higher vocational colleges are wider and deeper. Based on the research background of the actual management needs of a vocational college in Guangdong Province, this paper mainly relies on the campus network, takes financial information management as the core to carry out the work, and combines the actual situation of the school to meet the management needs of other levels. The purpose is to realize the integrated management mode of financial management and daily business in higher vocational colleges and to develop a financial information management system suitable for higher vocational colleges. This paper mainly completes the following work: 1: 1, describes the financial background of higher vocational colleges and studies the current situation of relevant research abroad and at home. On this basis, the research significance and main research content of the article are obtained. 2. The current situation of financial related systems in higher vocational colleges is explained and some basic knowledge of relevant information technology. 3, aiming at the financial information system of higher vocational colleges, this paper gives a brief introduction to the financial information system in higher vocational colleges. Detailed analysis of the requirements and the design of each functional module of the system. 4, combined with the financial information needs and related technologies of higher vocational colleges, The financial information management system of higher vocational education is developed. By combining the needs of higher vocational finance information with the modern network information technology, a financial information management system suitable for higher vocational colleges has been developed, which not only accelerates the work efficiency of financial personnel, but also makes full use of resources. It is convenient for the financial information of higher vocational colleges to be widely disseminated, to meet the requirements of the measures for the opening of Information in Colleges and Universities, and to publish the relevant financial information outside the university. For a higher vocational college in Guangdong province, the realization of this system is the key step of the whole campus leading to informatization. Through the realization of functional informatization of each module in higher vocational colleges, a logical and reasonable system is formed. It is the key of scientific and standardized management for higher vocational colleges to provide the conditions for setting up the integrated platform of campus management.
