基于CBR汽車檢具智能設(shè)計(jì)系統(tǒng)的研究與開發(fā)

【摘要】:汽車檢具在快速、準(zhǔn)確檢測(cè)零部件精度、確保整車質(zhì)量中發(fā)揮著重要作用。然而,汽車檢具設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程普遍缺乏規(guī)范化,目前還停留在憑經(jīng)驗(yàn)手工操作通用CAD系統(tǒng)或二次開發(fā)局部參數(shù)化CAD模塊進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)的方式上,難以實(shí)質(zhì)性地提高設(shè)計(jì)質(zhì)量與效率。因此,開發(fā)汽車檢具智能設(shè)計(jì)系統(tǒng)已成為汽車行業(yè)發(fā)展的迫切需求。本文在CATIA軟件平臺(tái)上開發(fā)了基于CBR的汽車檢具智能設(shè)計(jì)系統(tǒng),其主要工作內(nèi)容進(jìn)展如下:首先對(duì)原型系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了需求分析,在這基礎(chǔ)上構(gòu)建系統(tǒng)的基本框架及其所需要的輔助支撐技術(shù),搭建整個(gè)系統(tǒng)的軟件平臺(tái),并對(duì)系統(tǒng)的四大模塊界面顯示模塊、檢索模塊、修正和保存模塊、輸出模塊進(jìn)行了功能設(shè)計(jì)。其次對(duì)原型系統(tǒng)中的CBR關(guān)鍵技術(shù)進(jìn)行了研究,提出了汽車檢具檢測(cè)特征、定位特征、夾緊特征和輔助特征實(shí)例表示方法和存儲(chǔ)機(jī)制,并在此基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用面向?qū)ο蟮姆椒▉?lái)表達(dá)汽車檢具設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)例。區(qū)別于加權(quán)最近鄰算法,提出將基于隸屬函數(shù)的相似度檢索算法應(yīng)用于汽車檢具設(shè)計(jì)的實(shí)例檢索中,并設(shè)計(jì)了一種“初步檢索—推理檢索”的分布式檢索方法,極大的提高了檢索的效率。對(duì)于實(shí)例特征項(xiàng)的權(quán)重確定問(wèn)題,結(jié)合用戶的設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn),采用主觀裁定的方法,避免了有些系統(tǒng)確定權(quán)重時(shí)的復(fù)雜性和不準(zhǔn)確性,收到了很好的效果。然后基于CATIA V5R19和Microsoft Visual Studio 2005軟件平臺(tái),充分應(yīng)用CAA API接口函數(shù)和C++語(yǔ)言相結(jié)合的方式進(jìn)行二次開發(fā),基于關(guān)系型數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)Microsoft Office Access 2003的開發(fā),并針對(duì)汽車檢具智能設(shè)計(jì)的整個(gè)流程,在前面的基礎(chǔ)上,在RADE環(huán)境下編寫程序,編譯,調(diào)試,運(yùn)行程序,最后發(fā)布系統(tǒng),開發(fā)出了汽車檢具智能設(shè)計(jì)系統(tǒng),系統(tǒng)分為權(quán)重設(shè)定模塊、實(shí)例檢索模塊、實(shí)例修正與保存模塊、實(shí)例輸出模塊四大模塊和良好的人機(jī)交互式界面,實(shí)現(xiàn)了汽車檢具智能設(shè)計(jì)的整個(gè)過(guò)程,包括相似汽車檢具的檢索、實(shí)例的修正和保存,檢具2D工程圖以及物料清單/BOM輸出等功能。最后運(yùn)用本文開發(fā)的汽車檢具智能設(shè)計(jì)系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)了某汽車檢具公司的汽車前保險(xiǎn)杠側(cè)進(jìn)風(fēng)罩檢具,檢索出了與其相似的最佳實(shí)例并進(jìn)行了修正和保存,達(dá)到了預(yù)期的設(shè)計(jì)要求,并自動(dòng)生成了該檢具的2D工程圖和物料清單/BOM。實(shí)踐證明本文開發(fā)的汽車檢具智能設(shè)計(jì)系統(tǒng)穩(wěn)定可靠。
[Abstract]:Automobile inspection tools play an important role in measuring the accuracy of parts and ensuring the quality of the whole vehicle quickly and accurately. However, there is a general lack of standardization in the design process of vehicle inspection tools. At present, it is difficult to improve the quality and efficiency of design because of the manual operation of the general CAD system by experience or the secondary development of local parametric CAD module. Therefore, the development of intelligent design system has become an urgent need for the development of automobile industry. In this paper, an intelligent design system of vehicle inspection tools based on CBR is developed on the platform of CATIA. The main work progress is as follows: firstly, the requirements of the prototype system are analyzed. On this basis, the basic framework of the system and its supporting technology are built, the software platform of the whole system is built, and the four modules of the system are displayed, retrieval module, correction and preservation module. The output module is designed. Secondly, the key technology of CBR in the prototype system is studied, and an example representation method and storage mechanism of the detection feature, location feature, clamping feature and auxiliary feature are proposed. An object-oriented method is used to express the design examples of vehicle inspection tools. Different from the weighted nearest neighbor algorithm, the similarity retrieval algorithm based on membership function is applied to the case retrieval of vehicle inspection design, and a distributed retrieval method called "preliminary Retrieval and reasoning Retrieval" is designed. The efficiency of retrieval is greatly improved. For the problem of weight determination of case feature items, combined with the user's design experience and subjective decision method, the complexity and inaccuracy of weight determination in some systems are avoided, and good results are obtained. Based on the software platform of CATIA V5R19 and Microsoft Visual Studio 2005, the second development is carried out by the combination of CAA API interface function and C language, based on the development of relational database Microsoft Office Access 2003, and aiming at the whole process of intelligent design of vehicle inspection tools, On the basis of the above, the program is compiled, debugged, run in RADE environment. Finally, the intelligent design system of vehicle inspection is developed. The system is divided into weight setting module and instance retrieval module. The whole process of intelligent design of vehicle inspection tools is realized, including the retrieval of similar vehicle inspection tools, the modification and preservation of examples, and the good man-machine interactive interface between the four modules of the case correction and saving module, the case output module and the example correction and preservation module, and the whole process of intelligent design of vehicle inspection tools is realized. Check 2 D engineering drawings and BOM / BOM output functions. In the end, the intelligent design system of automobile inspection device developed in this paper is used to design the automobile front bumper sideway inlet hood of a certain automobile inspection company, and the similar best examples are retrieved, modified and preserved, and the expected design requirements are achieved. The 2D engineering drawings and bill of materials are automatically generated. The practice proves that the intelligent design system of automobile inspection tools developed in this paper is stable and reliable.
