【摘要】：隨著互聯(lián)網技術的不斷成熟,信息化建設在各行業(yè)已經發(fā)展的突飛猛進,并且在推動企業(yè)管理上的有了質的飛躍,特別是在考勤信息化管理方面,利用先進的識別技術,并結合物聯(lián)網、數據集成、數據分析等技術,使得企業(yè)考勤管理變得非常簡單、便捷。同時,借助信息化系統(tǒng)推動優(yōu)化企業(yè)考勤管理制度,不僅可以提升企業(yè)人力資源管理水平,而且可以大大提升人事管理時間,充分利用有限的時間推動業(yè)務的發(fā)展,實現利用信息化系統(tǒng)為企業(yè)增效。企業(yè)考勤管理涵蓋了兩方面內容:一是出勤情況記錄;二是通過對出勤情況統(tǒng)計分析,優(yōu)化人員配置,發(fā)現管理漏洞。傳統(tǒng)管理方式是企業(yè)考勤管理部門通過考勤表記錄員工手工管理出勤情況,使得考勤記錄很難及時準確,特別是在分析匯總方面,需要通過大量人工錄入Excel,再進行統(tǒng)計分析,占用大量的時間,浪費了人力部門的人工成本。因此,利用信息化手段與較為完善的考勤管理制度相配合,對企業(yè)員工的出勤情況進行有效統(tǒng)計、科學的管理已經成為企業(yè)面臨的重要課題,它不僅可以為企業(yè)降低遲到率,大大提高員工工作效率,而且提高企業(yè)經濟效益的重要有效手段。本文重點工作包括,實現用戶統(tǒng)一管理支持不同區(qū)域內單點登錄、實現在線請假功能開發(fā)WEB系統(tǒng),提供標準數據接口并與打卡系統(tǒng)進行集成,依據權限和管理需求查詢相應的考勤報表方便人事部門進行數據比對,達到企業(yè)高度辦公自動化的目的。本系統(tǒng)現在已經成功實施,受到人力部門贊譽,不僅規(guī)范了請假流程,同時減輕人力部門核對的工作量,提高了便捷性。
[Abstract]:With the continuous maturity of Internet technology, informatization construction has developed by leaps and bounds in various industries, and has made a qualitative leap in promoting enterprise management, especially in the field of attendance information management, using advanced identification technology. Combined with Internet of things, data integration, data analysis and other technologies, enterprise attendance management becomes very simple and convenient. At the same time, with the help of information system to promote the optimization of enterprise attendance management system, not only can improve the level of enterprise human resources management, but also can greatly enhance personnel management time, fully use the limited time to promote the development of business. Achieve the use of information systems for the enterprise efficiency. The enterprise attendance management includes two aspects: one is the record of attendance and the other is through the statistical analysis of attendance to optimize the allocation of personnel and find the management loopholes. The traditional management method is that the enterprise attendance management department records the attendance situation manually by the attendance table, which makes the attendance record difficult to be accurate in time. Especially in the analysis and summary, it needs a large number of manual input into Excel, and then carries on the statistical analysis. Take up a lot of time and waste the labor cost of the manpower department. Therefore, the use of information technology means and more perfect attendance management system, the effective statistics of the attendance of employees, scientific management has become an important issue facing the enterprise, it can not only reduce the rate of tardiness for enterprises, Greatly improves the staff work efficiency, but also enhances the enterprise economic efficiency important effective means. The main work of this paper is to realize the unified management of users to support single sign-on in different areas, to realize the function of online leave to develop WEB system, to provide standard data interface and to integrate with card printing system. According to the authority and management requirements, the corresponding attendance report forms are convenient for personnel department to compare data and achieve the purpose of high office automation. The system has been successfully implemented, praised by the human resources department, not only standardized the leave process, but also reduced the workload of the human department check, and improved the convenience.
