【摘要】：隨著國內(nèi)外計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展,移動物體檢測技術(shù)在計(jì)算機(jī)視覺和人工智能上占有非常重要的地位,各種移動物體檢測算法適用于不同簡單或復(fù)雜環(huán)境,特別是在最近幾年無人駕駛與人機(jī)交互上的應(yīng)用。本課題的應(yīng)用背景基于無人機(jī)自動返航過程中受GPS給定精度限制,導(dǎo)致無人機(jī)降落誤差半徑3米,提出使用移動物體檢測技術(shù)解決上述限制,并仿真驗(yàn)證了利用移動物體檢測技術(shù)的可行性。本文首先以追蹤和確定無人機(jī)在視頻中的位置信息為背景,介紹和比較了三種常用的利用幀間關(guān)系移動檢測算法的原理和綜合性能,并對效果最好的背景減除算法的參數(shù)選取給出了明確的方法,然后對無人機(jī)檢測的干擾進(jìn)行濾除,在Matlab軟件上進(jìn)行移動檢測仿真,實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明在三種方法的計(jì)算時間和效果上,背景減除算法性能最好,且它的前景模板基本表示了真實(shí)移動目標(biāo)。其次本文在背景減除算法的基礎(chǔ)上,對檢測出來的前景模板進(jìn)行矩形框標(biāo)記,并計(jì)算出了圖像中無人機(jī)中心與圖像中心的像素距離和方位角,利用矩形框的面積與無人機(jī)的實(shí)際高度進(jìn)行了簡單標(biāo)定。調(diào)試結(jié)果表明,高度越低時,無人機(jī)的中心與圖像中心的距離和矩形框的面積越準(zhǔn)確。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of computer technology at home and abroad, mobile object detection technology plays a very important role in computer vision and artificial intelligence. Especially in recent years in the application of unmanned and human-computer interaction. The application background of this subject is based on the limitation of GPS precision in the automatic return of UAV, which leads to the error radius of UAV landing 3 meters. This paper proposes to use mobile object detection technology to solve the above limitation. The feasibility of using moving object detection technology is verified by simulation. Firstly, based on tracking and determining the position information of UAV in video, this paper introduces and compares the principle and comprehensive performance of three commonly used motion detection algorithms using inter-frame relationship. And the best background subtraction algorithm parameters selection method is given, then the UAV detection interference is filtered, and the simulation of mobile detection is carried out on the Matlab software. The experimental results show that the performance of the background subtraction algorithm is the best in terms of the computation time and effect of the three methods, and its foreground template basically represents the real moving target. Secondly, on the basis of background subtraction algorithm, the detected foreground template is marked by rectangular frame, and the pixel distance and azimuth between UAV center and image center are calculated. The area of rectangular frame and the actual height of UAV are simply calibrated. The test results show that the distance between the center of UAV and the image center and the area of rectangular frame are more accurate when the height is lower.
