【摘要】：固定資產(chǎn)管理工作是企業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)工作的重要組成部分,這項(xiàng)工作具有參與部門(mén)數(shù)量多、業(yè)務(wù)專業(yè)性強(qiáng)的特點(diǎn)。開(kāi)發(fā)固定資產(chǎn)信息管理系統(tǒng),能夠?qū)⒏鞑块T(mén)對(duì)于固定資產(chǎn)管理的業(yè)務(wù)處理需求融合與統(tǒng)一的信息平臺(tái)。本文以河南某建筑設(shè)計(jì)院的固定資產(chǎn)管理實(shí)際需求為開(kāi)發(fā)背景,開(kāi)發(fā)適用于該設(shè)計(jì)院的固定資產(chǎn)信息管理系統(tǒng)。分析了固定資產(chǎn)信息系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)行環(huán)境,選擇以B/S架構(gòu)模式作為系統(tǒng)的組織結(jié)構(gòu)形式。選擇支持B/S架構(gòu)軟件系統(tǒng)開(kāi)發(fā)的J2EE技術(shù)框架作為系統(tǒng)開(kāi)發(fā)技術(shù)。調(diào)研分析了軟件系統(tǒng)各類用戶的實(shí)際需求,并按照用戶需求相近的原則,劃分用戶為系統(tǒng)管理員、設(shè)備管理員、員工等多種類型的參與者。分析了每一類參與者的功能需求,將用戶需求采用UML用例圖實(shí)現(xiàn)了建模。調(diào)研分析了固定資產(chǎn)管理工作中若干業(yè)務(wù)的執(zhí)行流程,構(gòu)建了業(yè)務(wù)流程分析模型。采用J2EE平臺(tái)提供的JSP、Struts、JDBC技術(shù)作為系統(tǒng)開(kāi)發(fā)環(huán)境搭建的技術(shù)要素。將系統(tǒng)劃分為三層結(jié)構(gòu)模式,包括視圖層、控制層與模型層。系統(tǒng)內(nèi)部功能層次的劃分,能夠提升代碼的可維護(hù)性以及程序的可擴(kuò)展性。將本項(xiàng)目劃分成為若干相對(duì)獨(dú)立的模塊結(jié)構(gòu),各模塊中均包含若干具體功能。針對(duì)于各功能模塊設(shè)計(jì)了數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)概念結(jié)構(gòu)模型,并由數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)設(shè)計(jì)工具轉(zhuǎn)換得到了表結(jié)構(gòu)模型。實(shí)現(xiàn)了軟件系統(tǒng)的詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)與開(kāi)發(fā),得到了應(yīng)用程序?qū)崿F(xiàn)結(jié)果。通過(guò)全面的測(cè)試,表明本項(xiàng)目達(dá)到了設(shè)計(jì)目標(biāo)。本文所開(kāi)發(fā)的固定資產(chǎn)信息管理系統(tǒng),運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定并能夠滿足用戶的實(shí)際需求。
[Abstract]:The management of fixed assets is an important part of the financial work of enterprises. This work is characterized by a large number of participating departments and a strong professional business. The development of fixed assets information management system can integrate and unify the business requirements of all departments for fixed assets management. Based on the actual demand of fixed assets management in a construction design institute in Henan Province, this paper develops a fixed assets information management system suitable for the design institute. This paper analyzes the running environment of the fixed assets information system, and chooses the B / S architecture as the organizational structure of the system. The J2EE technology framework which supports the development of B / S architecture software system is selected as the system development technology. This paper analyzes the actual needs of all kinds of users of software system, and according to the principle of similar user needs, divides the users into system administrators, device administrators, employees and other types of participants. The functional requirements of each class of participants are analyzed, and the user requirements are modeled using UML use case diagram. This paper investigates and analyzes some business execution processes in fixed assets management, and constructs a business process analysis model. The JDBC technology provided by J2EE platform is used as the technical element of the system development environment. The system is divided into three layers, including view layer, control layer and model layer. The division of the functional hierarchy in the system can improve the maintainability of the code and the extensibility of the program. The project is divided into several relatively independent modules, each module contains a number of specific functions. The conceptual structure model of database is designed for each function module, and the table structure model is obtained by the transformation of database design tools. The detailed design and development of the software system are realized, and the result of the application program is obtained. Through the comprehensive test, it shows that the project has achieved the design goal. The fixed assets information management system developed in this paper runs stably and can meet the actual needs of users.
