商業(yè)銀行個(gè)人信用評(píng)級(jí)模型的研究

【摘要】:本文通過(guò)調(diào)研確定了研究題目并說(shuō)明了其意義,分析了國(guó)內(nèi)外商業(yè)銀行的發(fā)展形態(tài)以及在發(fā)展過(guò)程中遇到的問(wèn)題,并且探索研究了商業(yè)銀行發(fā)展的新模式,以及如何發(fā)展新模式使得能夠在未來(lái)潮流中占據(jù)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)。同時(shí)針對(duì)商業(yè)銀行所面臨的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)缺陷采取相應(yīng)的措施,運(yùn)用決策樹(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)客戶個(gè)人信息等級(jí)評(píng)價(jià)分類,以便于銀行選擇更好的借貸對(duì)象,從而降低銀行信貸風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。首先,分析了我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行的發(fā)展歷程及其在發(fā)展過(guò)程中遇到的問(wèn)題。商業(yè)銀行具有穩(wěn)定的市場(chǎng)份額和龐大的總體規(guī)模使得其在市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中一直處于不敗之地,同時(shí)這也導(dǎo)致了我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行單一的產(chǎn)權(quán)性質(zhì)和較高的國(guó)有化程度;其次對(duì)我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及其面臨的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)描述,并對(duì)商業(yè)銀行業(yè)實(shí)現(xiàn)了業(yè)務(wù)流程的信息化改造;緊接著描述了個(gè)人信用評(píng)級(jí)在商業(yè)銀行中的應(yīng)用,并且分析了商業(yè)銀行中個(gè)人信貸業(yè)務(wù)的缺陷以及個(gè)人信用評(píng)級(jí)的意義;然后描述了商業(yè)銀行如何通過(guò)信息流管理能力保證商業(yè)銀行的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力,并通過(guò)對(duì)銀行業(yè)務(wù)信息的分析和挖掘,實(shí)時(shí)持續(xù)處理海量數(shù)據(jù),全面提高銀行運(yùn)營(yíng)管理水平;最后構(gòu)建了個(gè)人信用評(píng)級(jí)模型,利用決策樹(shù)算法進(jìn)行分類,對(duì)客戶的信用等級(jí)進(jìn)行歸類,以便于銀行能夠更好地選擇借貸對(duì)象,降低信貸業(yè)務(wù)所帶來(lái)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn),并對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果進(jìn)行了分析,保證了模型的準(zhǔn)確性。
[Abstract]:This paper determines the research topic and its significance through investigation and research, analyzes the development patterns of commercial banks at home and abroad and the problems encountered in the process of development, and probes into the new development model of commercial banks. And how to develop a new model to be able to occupy a competitive edge in the future trend. At the same time, in view of the competition defects faced by commercial banks, the corresponding measures are taken, and the decision tree is used to realize the classification of customer personal information rating, so as to facilitate the banks to select a better lending object and reduce the bank credit risk. First of all, it analyzes the development of commercial banks in China and the problems encountered in the development process. Commercial banks have a stable market share and a large total scale, which makes them always in an invincible position in the market competition. At the same time, it also leads to a single property right nature and high degree of nationalization of commercial banks in China. Secondly, it describes the current situation of the development of commercial banks in China and the problems they face in detail, and realizes the informatization transformation of the business process of the commercial banks. Then, it describes the application of personal credit rating in commercial banks. It also analyzes the defects of personal credit business in commercial banks and the significance of personal credit rating, and then describes how commercial banks guarantee the core competitiveness of commercial banks through the ability of information flow management. And through the analysis and mining of bank business information, real-time continuous processing of massive data, improve the level of bank operation and management; finally, build a personal credit rating model, using decision tree algorithm to classify, The credit rating of the customer is classified so that the bank can select the loan object better and reduce the risk brought by the credit business. The experimental results are analyzed to ensure the accuracy of the model.
