【摘要】：為實現(xiàn)已有零件數(shù)控工藝的有效重用,提出一種面向數(shù)控工藝重用的三維CAD模型局部結構檢索方法。引入中軸變換作為加工特征的參考刀具軌跡,探究了中軸變換與數(shù)控加工的關聯(lián)關系;提出一種局部結構快速過濾方法,從而有效排除不符合數(shù)控工藝重用要求的局部結構實例;通過提取多屬性融合的特征描述子,構建了面向數(shù)控工藝重用的局部結構相似性評價模型。實驗結果表明,該方法能夠有效支持面向數(shù)控工藝重用的局部結構檢索,提高數(shù)控工藝設計效率,滿足企業(yè)的實際工程需求。
[Abstract]:In order to realize the effective reuse of existing parts'NC process, a local structure retrieval method of 3D CAD model for NC process reuse is proposed. This paper introduces the center-axis transformation as the reference tool path of machining features, probes into the relationship between center-axis transformation and NC machining, and proposes a fast filtering method with local structure. The local structure examples which do not meet the requirements of NC process reuse are effectively excluded, and the similarity evaluation model of local structures oriented to NC process reuse is constructed by extracting feature descriptors of multi-attribute fusion. The experimental results show that this method can effectively support the local structure retrieval for NC process reuse, improve the efficiency of NC process planning, and meet the actual engineering needs of enterprises.
