【摘要】：隨著社會經(jīng)濟和文化的不斷發(fā)展進步,人們對高效的辦公系統(tǒng)的呼聲越來越高,協(xié)同辦公系統(tǒng)應(yīng)運而生。從早期的以Domino平臺為主的C/S端發(fā)展到現(xiàn)在。JAVA技術(shù)憑借著JAVA是目前使用最為廣泛的網(wǎng)絡(luò)編程語言之一、簡單、面向?qū)ο�、與平臺無關(guān)、解釋型、多線程、安全、動態(tài)等八大優(yōu)點,逐步的占領(lǐng)了協(xié)同辦公系統(tǒng)的技術(shù)主流位置。協(xié)同辦公系統(tǒng)的功能逐步的從單一的流程電子化向著平臺化、集成化的方向發(fā)展。協(xié)同辦公系統(tǒng)作為企業(yè)內(nèi)部信息處理與管理的集合,對于提高企業(yè)辦公效率、節(jié)約運營成本、內(nèi)部溝通的加強、管理的規(guī)范化方面有著重要的作用。本文主要對中小型企業(yè)協(xié)同OA系統(tǒng)的一般性需求、目標(biāo)、原則進行了相應(yīng)的研究并在本文中進行了相應(yīng)的闡述。企業(yè)中的協(xié)同辦公系統(tǒng)一般性的建設(shè)目標(biāo)為:建立協(xié)同平臺、建立信息發(fā)布平臺、建立知識平臺、建立資源平臺、建立互動溝通平臺、建立系統(tǒng)集成應(yīng)用平臺、建立移動辦公平臺。通過系統(tǒng)對企業(yè)內(nèi)部的相關(guān)資源進行優(yōu)化整合,形成一個具有高效辦公、不受地域限制、具有移動辦公功能的信息化高速辦公與信息交互平臺。要達成上述的目標(biāo),企業(yè)內(nèi)部應(yīng)該要形成一個基本的建設(shè)原則,軟件項目的建設(shè)要在可控的范圍內(nèi),以更好的達到公司內(nèi)部的期望與需求。企業(yè)內(nèi)部協(xié)同辦公系統(tǒng)的一般建設(shè)原則總結(jié)為:先進性、可靠性、實用性、易使用性、開放性、有限開源性、可擴展性、可維護性。本文中的系統(tǒng)使用JAVA平臺進行開發(fā),并且采用了關(guān)系型數(shù)據(jù)庫MS SQL Server,充分的保證了系統(tǒng)的先進性、可靠性,對大批量的并發(fā)數(shù)據(jù)做好了充分的應(yīng)對準(zhǔn)備。同時,系統(tǒng)通過交換機的配置對外網(wǎng)環(huán)境進行了物理隔離,充分的保證了網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境的安全性。在形成了安全、可靠、穩(wěn)定的系統(tǒng)架構(gòu)后,通過對企業(yè)內(nèi)部的具體需求進行細致的梳理,并形成需求分析報告,以便評估系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)的復(fù)雜程度以及可能遇到的問題,提前做好方案與預(yù)案,以保證系統(tǒng)的順利實施和正常的運行,盡可能的避免因需求不清而導(dǎo)致的系統(tǒng)建設(shè)過程中出現(xiàn)的規(guī)模性返工。通過對需求的最終轉(zhuǎn)換,本文中的系統(tǒng)共形成了以下幾個模塊:包括系統(tǒng)登錄驗證模塊、內(nèi)網(wǎng)門戶系統(tǒng)、企業(yè)知識管理模塊、工作流程管理模塊、人事組織機構(gòu)子系統(tǒng)、資產(chǎn)管理子系統(tǒng)、會議室管理模塊、車輛信息及車輛調(diào)度管理模塊、員工及領(lǐng)導(dǎo)日程管理子系統(tǒng)、系統(tǒng)的管理員設(shè)置。本文通過實際項目,對中小型企業(yè)協(xié)同OA系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)進行一般規(guī)律的總結(jié),對在其他企業(yè)在進行協(xié)同OA系統(tǒng)的建設(shè)具有著指導(dǎo)性的意義。
[Abstract]:With the development of social economy and culture, more and more people are calling for efficient office system, and collaborative office system emerges as the times require. From the early C / S terminal based on the Domino platform to the current. Java technology, JAVA is one of the most widely used network programming languages. It is simple, object-oriented, platform-independent, interpretive, multithreaded, secure, dynamic and so on. Gradually occupied the cooperative office system technical mainstream position. The function of cooperative office system is gradually developing from single process electronization to platform and integration. As a collection of internal information processing and management, cooperative office system plays an important role in improving office efficiency, saving operation cost, strengthening internal communication and standardizing management. In this paper, the general requirements, objectives and principles of cooperative OA system in small and medium-sized enterprises are studied and expounded in this paper. The general construction goals of cooperative office system in enterprises are to establish cooperative platform, information publishing platform, knowledge platform, resource platform, interactive communication platform, and system integration application platform. Establish mobile office platform. Through the optimization and integration of related resources within the enterprise, a high-speed office and information interaction platform with high efficiency, no geographical restrictions and mobile office functions is formed. In order to achieve the above goal, the enterprise should form a basic construction principle, the construction of software projects should be controlled in order to better meet the company's internal expectations and needs. The general construction principles of the internal cooperative office system are summarized as follows: advanced, reliable, practical, easy to use, open, limited open source, expansibility and maintainability. The system in this paper is developed on JAVA platform, and the relational database MS SQL Server, is adopted to ensure the advanced nature and reliability of the system. At the same time, the system physical isolation through the configuration of the switch external network environment, fully ensure the security of the network environment. After forming a safe, reliable and stable system architecture, through the detailed combing of the specific requirements of the enterprise, and the formation of a demand analysis report, in order to assess the complexity of the system implementation and the problems that may be encountered, In order to ensure the smooth implementation and normal operation of the system and avoid the scale rework in the process of system construction caused by unclear requirements. Through the final transformation of the requirements, the system in this paper has formed the following modules: system login verification module, Intranet portal system, enterprise knowledge management module, workflow management module, personnel organization subsystem. Asset management subsystem, conference room management module, vehicle information and vehicle scheduling management module, employee and leadership schedule management subsystem, system administrator settings. This paper summarizes the general rules of the design and implementation of cooperative OA system in small and medium-sized enterprises through practical projects, which is of guiding significance to the construction of collaborative OA system in other enterprises.
