噴墨打印快速制備光子晶體結(jié)構(gòu)色

【摘要】:目的研究實現(xiàn)玻璃基底上快速制備光子晶體結(jié)構(gòu)色的方法及條件。方法結(jié)合噴墨打印聚苯乙烯微球(PS)乳液與墨滴自組裝技術(shù)。首先乳液法合成PS乳液,然后將其配制成墨水,優(yōu)化基底潤濕性、基底溫度、打印次數(shù)等打印條件,使PS粒子呈規(guī)則排列,最后采用光纖光譜儀、色度計對打印的結(jié)構(gòu)色進(jìn)行表征。結(jié)果采用含質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)為10%PS的墨水并添加乙二醇作為保濕劑,在基底溫度為45℃時,實現(xiàn)一次打印得到結(jié)構(gòu)色。光譜反射曲線主反射峰在400 nm處,對應(yīng)的反射率為83%,LCH分別為38.55,25.16,272.8。結(jié)論通過一次打印PS乳液可快速得到結(jié)構(gòu)色,克服了傳統(tǒng)豎直沉積方法耗時耗材的缺點。結(jié)構(gòu)色制備具有簡單、顯色獨特、耐老化性優(yōu)良等優(yōu)點,可用于包裝、防偽等領(lǐng)域。
[Abstract]:Aim to study the method and conditions for fast preparation of photonic crystal structure color on glass substrate. Methods combined with ink jet printing polystyrene microspheres (PSPS) emulsion and ink droplet self-assembly technology. PS emulsion was synthesized by emulsion method, and then prepared into ink. The printing conditions such as wettability, substrate temperature and printing times were optimized to arrange PS particles regularly. Finally, optical fiber spectrometer was used. The colorimeter characterizes the structural color of the print. Results the ink containing mass fraction of 10%PS and adding ethylene glycol as humidifier were used to obtain the structure color at the substrate temperature of 45 鈩,
