基于物聯(lián)網(wǎng)的食品冷鏈信息檢測(cè)系統(tǒng)研究

【摘要】:預(yù)制調(diào)理食品的應(yīng)用能夠節(jié)省企業(yè)成本并且它的制作標(biāo)準(zhǔn)統(tǒng)一,在餐飲行業(yè)的應(yīng)用逐年提升。預(yù)制調(diào)理食品采用冷鏈進(jìn)行運(yùn)輸和儲(chǔ)存,食品倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)和食品運(yùn)輸環(huán)節(jié)的冷鏈環(huán)境是影響食品品質(zhì)的重要因素。本研究以傳感器技術(shù)、無(wú)線傳輸技術(shù)和遠(yuǎn)程終端監(jiān)控技術(shù)為基礎(chǔ),開(kāi)發(fā)了一套基于物聯(lián)網(wǎng)的冷鏈監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)。在冷鏈倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)環(huán)節(jié)設(shè)計(jì)了基于分布式采集的上位機(jī)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng);在冷鏈運(yùn)輸環(huán)節(jié)設(shè)計(jì)了基于云服務(wù)的遠(yuǎn)程終端監(jiān)控系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)了冷鏈物流全流程的信息檢測(cè)及可視化監(jiān)控的開(kāi)發(fā)目的。論文主要研究?jī)?nèi)容如下:(1)分析了影響冷鏈物流中食品品質(zhì)的主要環(huán)境參數(shù),選擇了溫濕度、二氧化碳和光照等檢測(cè)傳感器,設(shè)計(jì)了 一種以C8051F380單片機(jī)為控制核心的檢測(cè)裝置;提出了基于物聯(lián)網(wǎng)的冷鏈環(huán)境監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的總體方案,確立系統(tǒng)的軟硬件結(jié)構(gòu),完成了系統(tǒng)各個(gè)組成部分的功能設(shè)計(jì)。(2)在冷鏈倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)環(huán)節(jié),采用了分布式監(jiān)控的方式,利用RS-485總線將多個(gè)測(cè)試設(shè)備連接到PC端;在Visual Studio 2010開(kāi)發(fā)平臺(tái)上利用VB.NET技術(shù),開(kāi)發(fā)了上位機(jī)監(jiān)控軟件。實(shí)現(xiàn)了上位機(jī)軟件的安全登錄與退出,數(shù)據(jù)顯示及數(shù)據(jù)曲線繪制,歷史數(shù)據(jù)查看及報(bào)警等功能。(3)在冷鏈運(yùn)輸環(huán)節(jié),結(jié)合GPS技術(shù)、傳感器技術(shù)和無(wú)線通訊技術(shù),提出了冷鏈運(yùn)輸車環(huán)境終端設(shè)計(jì)的總體方案;實(shí)現(xiàn)了運(yùn)輸車的GPS定位,在ESP8266無(wú)線傳輸模塊上二次開(kāi)發(fā),完成了透明傳輸功能,實(shí)現(xiàn)了在移動(dòng)終端上設(shè)置參數(shù)并能實(shí)時(shí)檢測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)的要求。(4)開(kāi)發(fā)了基于B/S架構(gòu)的遠(yuǎn)程終端監(jiān)控平臺(tái)。配置了阿里云服務(wù)器,搭建了 Influxdb時(shí)間序列數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)和Grafana前端展示界面的系統(tǒng)管理平臺(tái);嵌入谷歌地圖并能顯示設(shè)備的實(shí)時(shí)位置,實(shí)現(xiàn)了冷鏈系統(tǒng)中遠(yuǎn)程終端的實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控。上述研究成果為冷鏈系統(tǒng)的相關(guān)信息實(shí)時(shí)采集,數(shù)據(jù)安全可靠傳輸,智能化監(jiān)控管理提供了一套比較實(shí)用性的解決方案,具有一定的理論價(jià)值和應(yīng)用前景。
[Abstract]:The application of prefabricated conditioning food can save the cost of the enterprise, and its production standard is uniform, and its application in the catering industry has been improved year by year. Cold chain is used to transport and store prefabricated food. The cold chain environment of food storage and food transportation is an important factor affecting food quality. Based on sensor technology, wireless transmission technology and remote terminal monitoring technology, a cold chain monitoring system based on Internet of things is developed. In the cold chain storage link, the host computer monitoring system based on distributed acquisition is designed, and the remote terminal monitoring system based on cloud service is designed in the cold chain transportation link. The purpose of information detection and visual monitoring of cold chain logistics is realized. The main contents of this paper are as follows: (1) the main environmental parameters affecting food quality in cold chain logistics are analyzed, temperature and humidity, carbon dioxide and light sensors are selected, and a kind of detecting device with C8051F380 single chip microcomputer as the control core is designed. This paper puts forward the overall scheme of the cold chain environment monitoring system based on the Internet of things, establishes the software and hardware structure of the system, completes the functional design of each component of the system, and adopts the method of distributed monitoring in the cold chain storage. Several test devices are connected to the PC by RS-485 bus, and the monitoring software of host computer is developed on the Visual Studio 2010 development platform using VB.NET technology. The functions of safe logon and exit of PC software, data display and data curve drawing, historical data viewing and warning are realized in the cold chain transportation link, combined with GPS technology, sensor technology and wireless communication technology, etc. The overall design scheme of the environment terminal of the cold chain transport vehicle is put forward, the GPS positioning of the transport vehicle is realized, and the transparent transmission function is realized through the secondary development of the ESP8266 wireless transmission module. The requirement of setting parameters on mobile terminal and detecting data in real time is realized. The remote terminal monitoring platform based on B / S architecture is developed. The system management platform of Influxdb time series database and Grafana front-end display interface is built with Ali cloud server embedded in Google Maps and the real-time location of equipment can be displayed to realize the real-time monitoring of remote terminals in cold chain system. The above research results provide a practical solution for the real-time collection of relevant information, the safe and reliable transmission of data and the intelligent monitoring and management of the cold chain system, and have certain theoretical value and application prospect.
