腰痛自我診斷問卷的編寫及腰痛自我診斷APP程序的初步設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:目的:完成腰痛自我診斷問卷的編寫和腰痛自我診斷APP程序的初步設(shè)計(jì)以配合專業(yè)軟件開發(fā)人員開發(fā)一款腰痛自我診斷APP;颊咄ㄟ^該APP能夠得出自身腰痛的診斷從而指導(dǎo)運(yùn)動(dòng)療法。方法:(1)通過文獻(xiàn)資料法、專家訪談法對(duì)腰痛的診斷進(jìn)行分類選取能夠進(jìn)行自我診斷的腰痛病名,按照各類腰痛的診斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn),對(duì)其病史、癥狀、體征及相關(guān)的理學(xué)檢查進(jìn)行分析整合編寫出腰痛自我診斷問卷。(2)通過兩輪“德爾菲法”對(duì)初步編寫完成的腰痛自我診斷文問卷進(jìn)行研究,第一輪通過采納16位專家的建議對(duì)問卷進(jìn)行修改完善,第二輪通過統(tǒng)計(jì)分析專家的評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果,對(duì)問卷做出綜合評(píng)估。(3)通過臨床試用實(shí)驗(yàn),對(duì)腰痛自我診斷問卷的診斷效果進(jìn)行評(píng)估,并根據(jù)實(shí)驗(yàn)中發(fā)現(xiàn)的問題及測(cè)試者提出的建議對(duì)問卷再次予以完善。(4)通過編寫完成的問卷進(jìn)行腰痛自我診斷APP程序設(shè)計(jì)。結(jié)果:(1)編寫完成的腰痛自我診斷問卷,包括:紅色預(yù)警問卷;黃色預(yù)警問卷;常見腰痛自我診斷問卷。(2)通過第一輪“德爾菲法”專家函詢工作,完成腰痛自我診斷問卷的修改完善。通過第二輪“德爾菲法”專家函詢工作,得出問卷的所有指標(biāo)除黃色預(yù)警問卷整體編寫得分稍低,其余指標(biāo)的得分均數(shù)均大于4,變異系數(shù)在0.083~0.235間,專家意見協(xié)調(diào)系數(shù)為0.75,經(jīng)檢驗(yàn)P0.05具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。表明完善后的“腰痛自我診斷問卷”其整體及各指標(biāo),專家一致性認(rèn)可程度較高。(3)對(duì)臨床試用實(shí)驗(yàn)得出的結(jié)果進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,表明腰痛自我診斷問卷的診斷得出率較高,診斷有效性較好。且對(duì)問卷進(jìn)行了進(jìn)一步的完善。(4)完成了腰痛自我診斷APP的程序設(shè)計(jì),主要包括需求分析、系統(tǒng)概要設(shè)計(jì)以及系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)現(xiàn)構(gòu)想。結(jié)論:(1)腰痛自我診斷問卷具有較高的專家認(rèn)可性;診斷得出率較高;診斷有效較好,可用于導(dǎo)致腰痛的嚴(yán)重性疾病的排查,腰痛患者社會(huì)心理因素的評(píng)估,常見類型腰痛的診斷。問卷的編寫以及實(shí)驗(yàn)的驗(yàn)證為后期的腰痛自我診斷APP程序設(shè)計(jì)奠定了基礎(chǔ)。(2)腰痛自我診斷APP程序的設(shè)計(jì)可以配合與提示專業(yè)軟件開發(fā)人員完成腰痛自我診斷APP的開發(fā)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to complete the preparation of self diagnosis questionnaire for low back pain and the preliminary design of APP program for self diagnosis of low back pain in order to cooperate with professional software developers to develop a self diagnosed APP. patient with low back pain and to guide the diagnosis of low back pain by this APP. Methods: (1) the diagnosis of low back pain through the method of literature and expert interview. According to the diagnostic criteria of all kinds of low back pain, the history, symptoms, signs and related physical examinations were analyzed and integrated to compile a self diagnosis questionnaire for low back pain. (2) the first study on self diagnosis of low back pain was carried out by two rounds of Delphi method. The round through the adoption of 16 experts to improve the questionnaire, the second round through the results of statistical analysis experts to make a comprehensive assessment of the questionnaire. (3) through clinical trial, the evaluation of the diagnosis of low back pain self diagnosis questionnaire, and according to the problems found in the experiment and the suggestions made by the tester to the questionnaire again (4) the self diagnosis APP program of low back pain was designed by writing the completed questionnaire. Results: (1) compiling the completed self diagnosis questionnaire for low back pain, including the red warning questionnaire, yellow early-warning questionnaire, and the common low back pain self diagnosis questionnaire. (2) complete the self diagnosis questionnaire of low back pain through the first round of "Delphi" expert inquiry. Through the second rounds of "Delphi" expert inquiry, all the indexes of the questionnaire are slightly lower than the Yellow early-warning questionnaire, the scores of the other indexes are more than 4, the coefficient of variation is between 0.083~0.235, the expert opinion coordination coefficient is 0.75, and the test P0.05 has statistical significance. The overall and each index of the pain self diagnosis questionnaire was higher. (3) the results of the clinical trial experiment were statistically analyzed, which showed that the diagnosis rate of the self diagnosis questionnaire for low back pain was higher and the diagnostic validity was better. (4) the procedure of self diagnosis of low back pain was completed. (3) the procedure of self diagnosis of low back pain was completed. Design, mainly including demand analysis, system outline design and system design realization. Conclusions: (1) low back pain self diagnosis questionnaire has high expert recognition, high diagnosis rate, good diagnosis, can be used in the diagnosis of low back pain, the assessment of psychosocial factors of low back pain, and common type of low back pain. Diagnosis. The compilation of the questionnaire and the experimental verification laid the foundation for the late self-diagnosis APP program design of low back pain. (2) the design of the self-diagnosis APP program for low back pain can cooperate with and prompt professional software developers to complete the development of self-diagnosis APP for low back pain.
