【摘要】：隨著"大數(shù)據(jù)時(shí)代"的來(lái)臨,大數(shù)據(jù)在醫(yī)藥領(lǐng)域中將發(fā)揮越來(lái)越重要的作用,基于基因組學(xué)大數(shù)據(jù)和現(xiàn)代生物醫(yī)學(xué)技術(shù)的個(gè)性化醫(yī)療,即精準(zhǔn)醫(yī)學(xué),是未來(lái)醫(yī)學(xué)的發(fā)展方向。如何獲取、分類、存儲(chǔ)大數(shù)據(jù),如何挖掘大數(shù)據(jù)中有價(jià)值的信息,以及如何將大數(shù)據(jù)有效地應(yīng)用于醫(yī)藥領(lǐng)域是目前研究的熱點(diǎn)領(lǐng)域。本文對(duì)大數(shù)據(jù)及其特征、大數(shù)據(jù)分析技術(shù)以及大數(shù)據(jù)在醫(yī)藥領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用進(jìn)行綜述。
[Abstract]:With the advent of "big data era", big data will play a more and more important role in the field of medicine. Personalized medicine based on genomics big data and modern biomedical technology, namely precision medicine, is the development direction of medicine in the future. How to obtain, classify and store big data, how to mine valuable information in big data, and how to effectively apply big data to the field of medicine are the hot research fields at present. In this paper, big data and its characteristics, big data analysis technology and the application of big data in the field of medicine are reviewed.
