【摘要】：現(xiàn)在,TJ市社會(huì)的支援服務(wù)更多的管理手段,管理要件不能滿足,社會(huì)的代謝的勞動(dòng)者的勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度,效率低,維持管理的問(wèn)題。因此,使用的網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息技術(shù)的成熟的社會(huì)性的支援信息管理的電子政府的平臺(tái)的建立,最小的保證管理,一時(shí)的援助,實(shí)現(xiàn)了沉重的援助和殘留,低收入者的救濟(jì)和其他的商業(yè)應(yīng)用,受理,審查和批準(zhǔn),該資料查詢(xún)統(tǒng)計(jì)、分析,救出的對(duì)象的動(dòng)態(tài)管理是為了達(dá)成回避了。本文主要研究了值市社會(huì)救助管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)的過(guò)程。第一步,通過(guò)調(diào)研值的市各級(jí)社會(huì)救助部門(mén)需求;第二步,系統(tǒng)分系統(tǒng)管理者,市、縣操作員監(jiān)督、鎮(zhèn)、村的操作員操作員5種角色,分為系統(tǒng)的配置,城市和農(nóng)村的低管理,臨時(shí)救助管理,重殘救助管理,低收入家庭管理,精退員工的6個(gè)業(yè)務(wù)管理模塊的詳細(xì)的分析和說(shuō)明的例子,明確了系統(tǒng)的機(jī)能實(shí)現(xiàn);第三步,系統(tǒng)Tomcat應(yīng)用服務(wù)器實(shí)現(xiàn)了B/S功能架構(gòu),采用論文類(lèi)圖和時(shí)序圖的方法式詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)系統(tǒng)功能,甲骨文10作為系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),通過(guò)E-R圖和一部分?jǐn)?shù)據(jù)表數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程說(shuō)明了系統(tǒng);第四步,系統(tǒng)開(kāi)發(fā)平臺(tái)J2EE運(yùn)用JAVA技術(shù)開(kāi)發(fā),實(shí)現(xiàn),文章的截圖和部分系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)代碼進(jìn)行了說(shuō)明,測(cè)試用例系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了測(cè)試。最終的TJ社會(huì)支援管理系統(tǒng)的功能,系統(tǒng)構(gòu)成,實(shí)現(xiàn)系統(tǒng),城市和農(nóng)村的低保管理,暫時(shí)的援助管理,嚴(yán)重殘疾援助管理,低收入家庭管理功能,社會(huì)支援商務(wù)在線申請(qǐng)受理,審查,批準(zhǔn),為了達(dá)成,該數(shù)據(jù)查詢(xún)的統(tǒng)計(jì)信息準(zhǔn)確,及時(shí)的救濟(jì)資金的支付,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)象的動(dòng)態(tài)管理,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)社會(huì)支援的機(jī)能,以及系統(tǒng)的安全性確保。管理系統(tǒng)的安全運(yùn)行,與工作人員之間,及時(shí)的信息交換和共享,困難的家庭的應(yīng)用的方便的檢查和救助工作的批準(zhǔn)進(jìn)程單純,TJ市社會(huì)的援助管理效率大大提高,管理方便的人們?yōu)榱私档统杀?重要的社會(huì)性的意義。
[Abstract]:Now TJ City social support services more management means, management requirements can not be satisfied, the labor intensity of the social metabolism of workers, low efficiency, maintenance of management problems. This paper mainly studies the design and implementation of the value city social assistance management system. The Tomcat application server realizes the function structure of B / S, and designs the function of the system in detail by using the method of class diagram and timing diagram. Oracle 10 is the database of the system, and the system is explained by E-R diagram and part of the database design process of data table. In the fourth step, the system development platform J2EE uses JAVA technology to develop, realize, the screenshot of the article and part of the system implementation code are explained, and the test case system is tested. The final TJ social support management system functions, system composition, implementation system, urban and rural minimum security management, temporary assistance management, severe disability assistance management, low-income families management function, social support business online applications, Review, approve, and in order to achieve, the statistical information of the data query accurate, timely payment of relief funds, so as to achieve the dynamic management of the object, so as to achieve the function of social support, as well as the security of the system to ensure. The safe operation of the management system, the timely exchange and sharing of information between staff, the convenient inspection and approval process for the application of difficult families, and the simple improvement in the efficiency of social assistance management in TJ City, Convenient management of people in order to reduce costs, important social significance.
