【摘要】：作為煤炭產(chǎn)業(yè)整個(gè)生態(tài)鏈中至關(guān)重要的煤炭運(yùn)輸產(chǎn)業(yè),在隨著煤炭市場(chǎng)進(jìn)入國(guó)家控制產(chǎn)能,煤炭不景氣的大環(huán)境后,面臨的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)也日趨激烈。傳統(tǒng)的基于手工的業(yè)務(wù)管理模式在協(xié)調(diào)多個(gè)部門(mén)或者多人方面存在著很大的局限性。如何利用當(dāng)前先進(jìn)的信息技術(shù)及網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)提高當(dāng)前煤炭運(yùn)輸管理效率、優(yōu)化煤炭運(yùn)輸程,是很多煤炭企業(yè)普遍關(guān)心的問(wèn)題。本文首先闡述了研究的目的意義研究背景以及國(guó)內(nèi)外研究動(dòng)態(tài),然后對(duì)系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)思想及相關(guān)的技術(shù)進(jìn)行了介紹。進(jìn)一步對(duì)晉能集團(tuán)煤炭運(yùn)輸業(yè)務(wù)進(jìn)行了調(diào)研并對(duì)企業(yè)的具體業(yè)務(wù)需求進(jìn)行了分析,并進(jìn)行了可行性研究,包括經(jīng)濟(jì)可行性和技術(shù)可行性。在此基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì),包括總體設(shè)計(jì)、系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)、數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)、系統(tǒng)安全設(shè)計(jì)等內(nèi)容。最后對(duì)晉能集團(tuán)煤炭運(yùn)輸管理系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了實(shí)現(xiàn),特別針對(duì)于晉能集團(tuán)的合同管理、運(yùn)價(jià)和提煤?jiǎn)喂芾�、�?cái)務(wù)管理、流程管理和財(cái)務(wù)審批功能進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)以及實(shí)現(xiàn)。本文在調(diào)研和需求分析的基礎(chǔ)上設(shè)計(jì)并實(shí)現(xiàn)了晉能集團(tuán)煤炭運(yùn)輸管理系統(tǒng),該管理系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)了合同管理、運(yùn)價(jià)和提煤?jiǎn)喂芾�、�?cái)務(wù)管理、流程管理、財(cái)務(wù)審批管理等功能。系統(tǒng)可以根據(jù)公司的日常業(yè)務(wù)進(jìn)行工作的流轉(zhuǎn),實(shí)現(xiàn)了公司的無(wú)紙化辦公,為晉能集團(tuán)協(xié)調(diào)企業(yè)內(nèi)部各項(xiàng)工作、提升企業(yè)的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力創(chuàng)造了新的技術(shù)管理渠道。
[Abstract]:The coal transportation industry, which is very important in the whole ecological chain of coal industry, is facing more and more fierce market competition after the coal market enters into the country to control the production capacity and the environment of coal depression. The traditional business management model based on handwork has great limitations in coordinating multiple departments or people. How to use the advanced information technology and network technology to improve the efficiency of coal transportation management and optimize the coal transportation process is a common concern of many coal enterprises. In this paper, the purpose and significance of the research background and research trends at home and abroad are described, and then the system design ideas and related technologies are introduced. Furthermore, the paper investigates the coal transportation business of Jineng Group, analyzes the specific business requirements of the enterprise, and makes a feasibility study, including economic feasibility and technical feasibility. On this basis, the system is designed, including the overall design, system design, database system design, system security design and so on. Finally, the coal transportation management system of Jinneng Group is realized, especially for the contract management, freight rate and coal bill management, financial management, process management and financial examination and approval function of Jineng Group. On the basis of investigation and demand analysis, this paper designs and implements the coal transportation management system of Jinneng Group. The management system realizes the functions of contract management, freight rate and coal bill management, financial management, process management, financial examination and approval management and so on. The system can work according to the daily business of the company, realize the paperless office of the company, and create a new technical management channel for Jineng Group to coordinate the internal work of the enterprise and enhance the market competitiveness of the enterprise.
