【摘要】：云計(jì)算是當(dāng)前信息和通信技術(shù)(ICT)領(lǐng)域最受歡迎的趨勢(shì)之一。該技術(shù)通過(guò)集中數(shù)據(jù)存儲(chǔ)和處理技術(shù)獲得高效的計(jì)算。由于其巨大的優(yōu)勢(shì),該技術(shù)迅速成熟,并被包括政府、商業(yè)、醫(yī)院和教育部門的許多部門采用。信息技術(shù)在健康和病人護(hù)理領(lǐng)域發(fā)揮著重要作用,同時(shí)云計(jì)算也開(kāi)始逐漸發(fā)揮作用。然而,云計(jì)算作為醫(yī)療IT(HIT)的構(gòu)成部分,盡管利用起來(lái)優(yōu)點(diǎn)顯著,但是安全性、隱私、可靠性、集成和數(shù)據(jù)可移植性是實(shí)施中的重要挑戰(zhàn)和障礙,也是云計(jì)算在沙特阿拉伯應(yīng)用緩慢的主要原因。當(dāng)云應(yīng)用于電子醫(yī)療時(shí),安全和隱私問(wèn)題是最重要的。這些領(lǐng)域的問(wèn)題應(yīng)該得到解決,以使云計(jì)算可以成功為所有領(lǐng)域應(yīng)用�；颊�、醫(yī)療保健提供者和其他相關(guān)組織關(guān)注客戶信息的隱私問(wèn)題,并希望看到適當(dāng)?shù)拇胧﹣?lái)保護(hù)隱私。在本文中,研究人員將討論在云計(jì)算電子醫(yī)療應(yīng)用和可用立法方面的隱私和安全挑戰(zhàn),為應(yīng)對(duì)沙特阿拉伯云利用中的挑戰(zhàn)提供可能的解決方案。
[Abstract]:Cloud computing is one of the most popular trends in the ICT field. This technique achieves efficient computing through centralized data storage and processing techniques. Because of its huge advantages, the technology matured rapidly and was adopted by many sectors including government, business, hospitals and education. Information technology plays an important role in health and patient care, and cloud computing is beginning to play a role. However, cloud computing, as an integral part of the medical ITHITs, despite the significant advantages of utilization, security, privacy, reliability, integration and portability of data are important challenges and obstacles to implementation, It is also the main reason for the slow application of cloud computing in Saudi Arabia. When the cloud is applied to e-medicine, security and privacy issues are of paramount importance. These areas should be addressed so that cloud computing can be successfully applied for all domains. Patients, healthcare providers and other relevant organizations are concerned about the privacy of customer information and would like to see appropriate measures to protect privacy. In this article, the researchers will discuss privacy and security challenges in cloud computing e-medical applications and available legislation to provide possible solutions to challenges in Saudi Arabia's cloud utilization.
