【摘要】：為了解決推薦算法中用戶標簽稀疏、推薦準確度不高的問題,提出了一種基于用戶標簽的微博推薦算法。利用TextRank排序方法提取用戶發(fā)布微博中的關(guān)鍵詞,并對該關(guān)鍵詞進行擴展,將其作為表示用戶興趣的標簽;再根據(jù)微博的效應(yīng)函數(shù)和生命周期形成待推薦的微博列表,計算用戶標簽及其同義詞在待推薦微博列表中出現(xiàn)的次數(shù),將出現(xiàn)次數(shù)較多的TOP-k條微博推薦給用戶。通過實驗驗證,該算法能夠有效地解決用戶標簽的稀疏性問題,并能提高推薦算法的準確性。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem of sparse user tags and low recommendation accuracy in recommendation algorithm, a Weibo recommendation algorithm based on user tags is proposed. Using the TextRank sorting method to extract the keywords from Weibo published by users, and extend the keywords as a label to express the user's interest, and then form a recommended list of Weibo according to the effect function and life cycle of Weibo. Calculate the number of user tags and their synonyms appearing in the list of Weibo to be recommended to the user, and recommend to the user the TOP-k strip Weibo, which appears more frequently. Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm can effectively solve the problem of user label sparsity and improve the accuracy of the recommendation algorithm.
