基于BIM云平臺在綠色校園評價(jià)中的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:隨著我國綠色建筑和建筑信息化的快速發(fā)展,綠色、節(jié)能、信息化將會(huì)是我國建筑業(yè)發(fā)展的趨勢。新常態(tài)中的綠色建筑發(fā)展必須考慮校園建設(shè),注重校園與環(huán)境的和諧,使校園為師生提供健康、舒適和實(shí)用的教學(xué)及使用空間同時(shí)保護(hù)環(huán)境、節(jié)約資源。綠色校園的建設(shè)和評價(jià)的核心是綜合考慮校園建筑及校園環(huán)境。我國的綠色校園評價(jià)體系處于發(fā)展前期階段,評價(jià)體系不健全,國家《綠色校園評價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》正在修改報(bào)批。標(biāo)準(zhǔn)針對建筑及環(huán)境的評價(jià)方法和策略面臨著校園建筑體量大、設(shè)施種類多、工作面復(fù)雜等難點(diǎn)。建筑信息模型(BIM)是一項(xiàng)多維模型信息集成技術(shù),是對建筑工程中各項(xiàng)信息的數(shù)字化承載和可視化表達(dá),云平臺(Cloud Platforms)則為建筑信息化提供基于“云”的服務(wù)。本文以綠色校園為研究對象,通過其內(nèi)涵、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的研究分析,結(jié)合BIM云平臺技術(shù),試圖在綠色校園評價(jià)中運(yùn)用BIM云平臺來提高效率和精準(zhǔn)度。具體研究如下:首先,以BIM技術(shù)的理論研究為基礎(chǔ),分析了BIM云平臺的特點(diǎn)及軟件架構(gòu)體系,總結(jié)了國內(nèi)較成熟的基于BIM云平臺的解決方案,為在綠色校園評價(jià)體系中的應(yīng)用提供技術(shù)依據(jù)。其次,梳理國內(nèi)外綠色校園評價(jià)體系,并分析各自的特點(diǎn)及側(cè)重點(diǎn),總結(jié)了我國綠色校園的內(nèi)涵及特征。通過對傳統(tǒng)校園評價(jià)的方法和策略研究,提出了基于BIM云平臺進(jìn)行綠色校園評價(jià)。以綠色校園評價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的指標(biāo)為切入點(diǎn),將校園評價(jià)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行分類,適應(yīng)BIM云平臺技術(shù)的應(yīng)用;通過綠色校園評價(jià)模型的信息整合及云平臺技術(shù)在智能建筑中的拓展,分析綠色校園評價(jià)系統(tǒng)的操作性,論述了依托云平臺的建筑信息模型實(shí)現(xiàn)校園評價(jià)的流程,并歸納了綠色校園建設(shè)咨詢階段基于BIM云平臺的解決方案。通過對《綠色校園評價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》的六個(gè)方面的指標(biāo)仔細(xì)研究,結(jié)合BIM云平臺技術(shù),總結(jié)了BIM云平臺技術(shù)在綠色校園評價(jià)體系中具體應(yīng)用點(diǎn)。最后,通過對具體中學(xué)、小學(xué)、職業(yè)學(xué)校的校園研究,利用BIM基礎(chǔ)模型進(jìn)行基礎(chǔ)評價(jià),運(yùn)用云平臺中各專業(yè)軟件的協(xié)同和其超強(qiáng)的模擬計(jì)算能力,分析了BIM云平臺技術(shù)在校園的土地利用、園區(qū)規(guī)劃、環(huán)境模擬、能耗監(jiān)測等方面的應(yīng)用和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的指標(biāo)評價(jià)打分,簡單快捷而準(zhǔn)確的完成了《綠色校園評價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》中部分指標(biāo)的評價(jià)。文中圍繞綠色校園,BIM云平臺技術(shù)及綠色校園評價(jià)三個(gè)方面,論證了基于BIM云平臺技術(shù)在綠色校園評價(jià)體系中的應(yīng)用的可操作性及科學(xué)合理性,總結(jié)了詳細(xì)而具體的應(yīng)用路徑及評價(jià)思路。通過現(xiàn)實(shí)校園中的工程案例驗(yàn)證,BIM云平臺技術(shù)可以科學(xué)運(yùn)用到校園的建設(shè)和評價(jià)中,且在綠色校園建設(shè)和評價(jià)中具有較強(qiáng)的優(yōu)勢。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of green building and building information, green, energy saving and informatization will be the trend of construction industry in our country. The development of green building in the new normal must consider the campus construction, pay attention to the harmony between campus and environment, make campus provide teachers and students with healthy, comfortable and practical teaching and use space to protect environment and save resources at the same time. The core of green campus construction and evaluation is comprehensive consideration of campus architecture and campus environment. The evaluation system of green campus in our country is in the early stage of development, the evaluation system is not perfect, and the national evaluation standard of green campus is being revised and submitted for approval. The evaluation methods and strategies for building and environment are faced with many difficulties, such as large volume of campus buildings, many kinds of facilities, complex working face and so on. Building Information Model (BIMs) is a multi-dimensional model information integration technology, which is the digital bearing and visual expression of all kinds of information in construction engineering. Cloud platform provides "cloud" based services for building information. This paper takes the green campus as the research object, through its connotation, the standard research analysis, unifies the BIM cloud platform technology, attempts to use the BIM cloud platform in the green campus appraisal to raise the efficiency and the precision. The specific research is as follows: firstly, based on the theoretical research of BIM technology, the characteristics and software architecture of BIM cloud platform are analyzed, and the domestic mature solutions based on BIM cloud platform are summarized. To provide technical basis for the application of green campus evaluation system. Secondly, combing the green campus evaluation system at home and abroad, and analyzing their characteristics and emphases, summed up the connotation and characteristics of green campus in China. Based on the research of traditional campus evaluation methods and strategies, the green campus evaluation based on BIM cloud platform is proposed. With the index of green campus evaluation standard as the breakthrough point, the campus evaluation index is classified to adapt to the application of BIM cloud platform technology, and through the information integration of green campus evaluation model and the expansion of cloud platform technology in intelligent building, This paper analyzes the maneuverability of green campus evaluation system, discusses the flow of building information model based on cloud platform to realize campus evaluation, and summarizes the solution based on BIM cloud platform in the consulting stage of green campus construction. Through a careful study of the six aspects of the evaluation standard of green campus, combined with the BIM cloud platform technology, this paper summarizes the concrete application of BIM cloud platform technology in the green campus evaluation system. Finally, through the campus research of the specific middle school, primary school, vocational school, using the BIM basic model to carry on the basic evaluation, using the cooperation of the professional software in the cloud platform and its strong simulation computing ability. This paper analyzes the application of BIM cloud platform technology in campus land use, park planning, environmental simulation, energy consumption monitoring, etc. Simple, fast and accurate completed the evaluation of some indicators in the Green Campus Evaluation Standard. Based on the three aspects of green campus cloud platform technology and green campus evaluation, this paper demonstrates the operability and scientific rationality of the application of BIM cloud platform technology in the green campus evaluation system. The detailed and concrete application path and evaluation thought are summarized. The BIM cloud platform technology can be applied to the construction and evaluation of campus scientifically, and it has strong advantages in the construction and evaluation of green campus.
