基于BIM的預(yù)制裝配式建筑在新農(nóng)村建設(shè)中的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:新農(nóng)村建設(shè)是我國(guó)社會(huì)主義建設(shè)的重要部分,隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)快速的發(fā)展,人民活生水平的日益提高,傳統(tǒng)的農(nóng)村住房越來(lái)越不能滿足人們要求,農(nóng)村居民不斷的翻修、新建住宅,地方政府亦采用不同手段進(jìn)行新農(nóng)村住宅的統(tǒng)一規(guī)劃建設(shè),以達(dá)到節(jié)約土地、優(yōu)化資源、改f農(nóng)村居民的生活條件的目的。龐大的市場(chǎng)、較為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的建筑形式為裝配式建筑的發(fā)展與研究提供了很好的舞臺(tái),以此為背景探討與BIM手段相結(jié)合的新農(nóng)村建設(shè)模式與實(shí)現(xiàn)途徑,可為裝配式建筑的發(fā)展提供助力。逡逑本文在BIM技術(shù)應(yīng)用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、BIM模型應(yīng)用細(xì)度及評(píng)價(jià)體系和預(yù)制裝配式建筑體系特征及分類(lèi)的基礎(chǔ)上,分析了預(yù)制裝配式混凝土(Precast邋Concrete,簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)PC)建筑的特征結(jié)構(gòu)分類(lèi),探討了PC構(gòu)件預(yù)制率、構(gòu)件重復(fù)率與建造成本的關(guān)系;對(duì)BIM技術(shù)在裝配式建筑的設(shè)計(jì)階段、PC構(gòu)件工廠生產(chǎn)階段、運(yùn)輸安裝階段、運(yùn)營(yíng)階段的具體應(yīng)用內(nèi)容進(jìn)行了歸納,指出將BIM技術(shù)應(yīng)用于裝配式建筑可有效解決當(dāng)前面臨的技術(shù)與管理問(wèn)題,有利于裝配式建筑的推廣和用。通過(guò)調(diào)查研究本文將我國(guó)新農(nóng)村建設(shè)模式歸類(lèi)為城鎮(zhèn)型新農(nóng)村、郊區(qū)型新農(nóng)村、搬遷安置型新農(nóng)村三種,并論述了三種模式都具有統(tǒng)一規(guī)劃、集中建設(shè)、建筑結(jié)構(gòu)相同、建筑構(gòu)件重復(fù)率高且構(gòu)件幾何形猶簡(jiǎn)單的特征,適用于裝配式建筑初期推廣階段以探索和積累經(jīng)驗(yàn)為主的應(yīng)用,而采用裝配式建在提筑又可高農(nóng)村建品質(zhì)的同時(shí),減少污染,保護(hù)環(huán)境。論文結(jié)合某農(nóng)村住宅進(jìn)行建模分析,對(duì)比分析了傳統(tǒng)現(xiàn)澆模式與裝配式模式的建造成本、施工進(jìn)度及效益,以及不同預(yù)制率裝配式住宅成本的影響,并提出了降低成本的措施。新農(nóng)村建設(shè)以建筑體量小、結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單、規(guī)模適中等特點(diǎn)為裝配式建筑提供了良好的發(fā)展環(huán)境,通過(guò)本文的研究,期望在我國(guó)推廣BIM技術(shù)和預(yù)制裝式建的初級(jí)階段,為建筑行業(yè)向設(shè)計(jì)、生施工安裝及后期運(yùn)營(yíng)維護(hù)、拆除等全壽命周期建設(shè)積累技術(shù)、管理經(jīng)驗(yàn),為實(shí)現(xiàn)我國(guó)建筑業(yè)化的轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)、為農(nóng)村居民能夠住到高品質(zhì)、低成本的住宅做出貢獻(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:The construction of new countryside is an important part of socialist construction in our country. With the rapid development of our economy and the increasing living standard of the people, the traditional rural housing can not meet the needs of the people more and more, and the rural residents are constantly renovating. In order to save the land, optimize the resources and change the living conditions of the rural residents, the local government has also adopted different means to carry out the unified planning and construction of the new rural residential buildings in order to save the land, optimize the resources and change the living conditions of the rural residents. The huge market and the more standardized architectural forms provide a good stage for the development and research of prefabricated buildings. This is the background to explore the new rural construction mode and the way of realization combined with BIM means. It can provide power for the development of prefabricated buildings. On the basis of the application standard of BIM technology and the application of fineness and evaluation system and the characteristics and classification of prefabricated building system, this paper analyzes the characteristic structure classification of prefabricated concrete Precast reinforced concrete (PC-Precast) building. This paper discusses the relationship between prefabrication rate of PC components, repetition rate of PC components and construction cost, summarizes the concrete application contents of BIM technology in the design stage of assembly building, the stage of PC component factory production, the stage of transportation and installation, and the stage of operation. It is pointed out that the application of BIM technology to prefabricated buildings can effectively solve the problems of technology and management which are faced with at present, and are beneficial to the popularization and use of prefabricated buildings. Through the investigation and research, this paper classifies the new rural construction mode of our country into three kinds: new countryside of town type, new countryside of suburb type, new countryside of relocation and resettlement type, and discusses that the three models all have unified planning, centralized construction and the same building structure. The characteristics of high repetition rate of building members and simple geometric shapes of components are suitable for the application of exploration and accumulation of experience in the initial stage of prefabricated building, while the use of prefabricated construction can improve the quality of rural construction while reducing pollution. Protection of the environment Based on the modeling and analysis of a rural residential building, this paper compares and analyzes the construction cost, construction schedule and benefit of the traditional cast-in-place model and the prefabricated housing model, and puts forward some measures to reduce the cost. The construction of new countryside provides a good development environment for prefabricated buildings with the characteristics of small volume, simple structure and moderate scale. Through the research of this paper, it is expected that the BIM technology and prefabricated construction will be popularized in our country at the primary stage. For the construction industry to design, construction installation, post-operation and maintenance, demolition and other life-cycle construction to accumulate technology, management experience, in order to achieve the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry in China, so that rural residents can live in high quality, Low-cost housing contributes.
