【摘要】：信息技術(shù)的迅猛發(fā)展為人們獲取和發(fā)布信息提供了便利,尤其是互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的出現(xiàn)。信息化時代的到來為畢業(yè)生就業(yè)管理提供了越來越多新型的技術(shù)。不同于傳統(tǒng)的人工記錄和手工管理,新型管理模式實現(xiàn)了用低成本來換取高效益的目標,同時也大大降低了工作的強度。為此石河子市職業(yè)院校從改善畢業(yè)生就業(yè)管理入手來考慮如何提高整體管理水平,在降低成本的同時獲取更高的效益和質(zhì)量。論文在具體設計與分析過程中,主要根據(jù)石河子市職業(yè)院校工作的實際操作特點,并將其與相關(guān)的工作需求、規(guī)章制度、操作流程等有效結(jié)合,對該系統(tǒng)進行了可行性分析。對目前國內(nèi)外畢業(yè)生就業(yè)管理系統(tǒng)進行了比較研究,對相關(guān)開發(fā)技術(shù)、數(shù)據(jù)庫技術(shù)和開發(fā)工具等進行了詳細的說明,并將本論文中的系統(tǒng)定為WEB的B/S架構(gòu)進行開發(fā)。接著對系統(tǒng)進行了全面而詳細的需求分析,其中包括對該系統(tǒng)在軟件方面的相關(guān)原則分析、系統(tǒng)各個功能的研究分析。并根據(jù)上述分析內(nèi)容,具體設計了這一系統(tǒng)的所有模塊化結(jié)構(gòu)以實現(xiàn)相應的功能,包括:用戶登陸管理、畢業(yè)生信息管理、單位管理、系統(tǒng)管理、協(xié)議管理、用戶管理等,然后采取測試的方式對各個功能模塊的正常性作出準確地判定�？偟膩碚f就是用信息化的管理模式來代替原有的手工管理,為后續(xù)石河子市職業(yè)院校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)信息提供處理平臺,在節(jié)省人力物力的同時大大提高了工作的效率,為了石河子市職業(yè)院校就業(yè)管理部門的工作人員提供了便捷。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of information technology provides convenience for people to obtain and publish information, especially the emergence of the Internet. The arrival of information age provides more and more new technology for graduate employment management. Different from the traditional manual records and manual management, the new management model achieves the goal of low cost in exchange for high efficiency, but also greatly reduces the intensity of work. Therefore, in order to improve the employment management of graduates, Shihezi vocational colleges and universities consider how to improve the overall management level so as to achieve higher efficiency and quality while reducing the cost. In the process of concrete design and analysis, the feasibility of the system is analyzed according to the practical operation characteristics of Shihezi vocational colleges and universities, and the effective combination of the system with the related work requirements, rules and regulations, operation flow and so on. This paper makes a comparative study on the graduate employment management system at home and abroad, explains in detail the related development technology, database technology and development tools, and defines the system in this paper as the B / S architecture of WEB. Then, the requirement analysis of the system is carried out in detail, including the analysis of the related principles of the system in the software, and the research and analysis of the various functions of the system. According to the above analysis, all the modularized structures of the system are designed to realize the corresponding functions, including: user login management, graduate information management, unit management, system management, protocol management, user management, etc. Then the test method is used to determine the normality of each functional module accurately. In general, the information management model is used to replace the original manual management, to provide a processing platform for the subsequent employment information of graduates of vocational colleges and universities in Shihezi City, which saves manpower and material resources and greatly improves the efficiency of work. For Shihezi City vocational colleges and employment management department of the staff to provide convenience.
