【摘要】：論文首先介紹了存量房資金監(jiān)管系統(tǒng)的研究背景,對目前存量房市場存在的問題和違規(guī)事件進行了分析;對所需要解決的問題進行了概述,討論項目研究意義與重要性。另一方面,結(jié)合國外(美國、日本)、國內(nèi)(天津)存量房研究成果和成熟的管理經(jīng)驗,為國內(nèi)存量房市場提供理論和實踐經(jīng)驗。論文的第二部分介紹了系統(tǒng)使用的技術(shù)和架構(gòu)設(shè)計:技術(shù)方面,使用工作流引擎、.NET和C#語言、UML建模、面向?qū)ο缶幊?OOP)技術(shù)、計算機網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)等;架構(gòu)方面:使用asp.net mvc框架構(gòu)建Web應(yīng)用程序,并對外發(fā)布Web API和Rest服務(wù)。成熟技術(shù)選項和良好的架構(gòu)設(shè)計,保證了產(chǎn)品的穩(wěn)定性和可擴展性,滿足用戶對未來業(yè)務(wù)擴展的需要。在此基礎(chǔ)之上,論文的第三部分對系統(tǒng)進行了詳細的需求分析,包括業(yè)務(wù)場景和業(yè)務(wù)流程、功能需求和非功能性需求等。使用UML統(tǒng)一建模語言對核心流程進行業(yè)務(wù)建模,形成存量房資金監(jiān)管業(yè)務(wù)的高層需求成果,包括:用例圖、活動圖、類圖等。對核心用例進行用例描述,包括用例簡述、基本事件流、擴展事件流、業(yè)務(wù)規(guī)則等。論文第四部分,結(jié)合以上的需求分析成果,在系統(tǒng)設(shè)計中,對系統(tǒng)進行了總體設(shè)計和模塊設(shè)計。包括存量房合同簽訂、開立監(jiān)管賬戶、簽訂監(jiān)管協(xié)議、資金托管和付款、撤銷資金監(jiān)管等功能模塊。運用模塊設(shè)計包圖和動態(tài)結(jié)構(gòu)圖(序列圖),對系統(tǒng)進行了初步設(shè)計。結(jié)合類圖做進一步分析,剔除無用類和重復(fù)類。運用數(shù)據(jù)庫設(shè)計三范式,創(chuàng)建數(shù)據(jù)表、添加字段屬性,建立數(shù)據(jù)庫模型。使用ER圖對數(shù)據(jù)庫進行了詳細設(shè)計,修改前期設(shè)計中的不足之處。論文最后首先對前期工作進行了階段性總結(jié),一方面對系統(tǒng)的需求分析和產(chǎn)品的不足之處進行了分析和總結(jié);另一方面對下一步系統(tǒng)的優(yōu)化和改進提出了方向,并對后期的工作進行了展望。
[Abstract]:This paper firstly introduces the research background of the stock house capital supervision system, analyzes the existing problems and irregularities in the stock housing market, summarizes the problems that need to be solved, and discusses the significance and importance of the project research. On the other hand, it provides theoretical and practical experience for the domestic stock housing market by combining the research results and mature management experience of foreign countries (USA, Japan, Tianjin). The second part of the paper introduces the technology and architecture design of the system: in technical aspect, the workflow engine is used to model with. Net and C # language UML, object oriented programming (OOPO) technology, computer network technology and so on. Architecture: use the asp.net mvc framework to build Web applications and publish Web API and Rest services. Mature technology options and good architecture design ensure the stability and scalability of the product to meet the needs of future business expansion. On this basis, the third part of the paper makes a detailed analysis of the system requirements, including business scenarios and business processes, functional requirements and non-functional requirements. Using UML unified modeling language to model the core process to form the high-level demand results of stock house fund supervision business, including: use case diagram, activity diagram, class diagram and so on. Use case description of core use cases, including use case description, basic event flow, extended event flow, business rules, etc. In the fourth part of the paper, the overall design and module design of the system are carried out in combination with the above requirements analysis results. It includes the signing of stock house contract, the opening of supervision account, the signing of supervision agreement, the fund custody and payment, the cancellation of fund supervision and other functional modules. The system is preliminarily designed by using module design package diagram and dynamic structure diagram (sequence diagram). Combined with class diagram for further analysis, eliminate useless classes and repetitive classes. Using database design three normal form, create data table, add field attribute, establish database model. The ER diagram is used to design the database in detail, and the deficiencies in the previous design are modified. At the end of the paper, the thesis first summarizes the previous work, on the one hand, analyzes and summarizes the demand analysis of the system and the deficiencies of the products; on the other hand, it puts forward the direction of the further optimization and improvement of the system. The future work is prospected.
