【摘要】:自我國(guó)進(jìn)入21世紀(jì)以來,在我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)不斷發(fā)展和高校擴(kuò)招的背景下,我國(guó)高等教育已從精英教育轉(zhuǎn)向大眾教育,高校的辦學(xué)規(guī)模也在不斷擴(kuò)大,辦學(xué)規(guī)模的擴(kuò)大必然會(huì)導(dǎo)致高校的固定資產(chǎn)的種類和數(shù)量不斷增多,固定資產(chǎn)管理越來越復(fù)雜,傳統(tǒng)的固定資產(chǎn)模式已不能適應(yīng)新時(shí)代下的高校固定資產(chǎn)管理要求。在信息化時(shí)代背景下,高校管理已從傳統(tǒng)模式轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)樾畔⒒芾砟J?固定資產(chǎn)管理信息化也是其中重要的組成部分。為了開發(fā)出更加實(shí)用的固定資產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng),本文深入分析了系統(tǒng)的需求情況,從固定資產(chǎn)業(yè)務(wù)流程入手,在分析系統(tǒng)的功能需求和非功能需求的基礎(chǔ)上,確定了系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)目標(biāo)、原則和架構(gòu)等主要內(nèi)容,有效避免了系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)過程中盲目性和不實(shí)用性;為了實(shí)現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)的目標(biāo)和架構(gòu),本文使用了J2EE的MVC三層體系結(jié)構(gòu),以及外源的SSH(Spring十Struts十Hibernate)架構(gòu),從實(shí)施上保證了系統(tǒng)的可用性,從技術(shù)上保證了系統(tǒng)的先進(jìn)性。本文的工作流程如下:首先從當(dāng)前國(guó)內(nèi)外的研究現(xiàn)狀著力進(jìn)行分析,探討當(dāng)前高校固定資產(chǎn)所面臨問題以及本文所需要解決的問題;其次,為了更好地實(shí)現(xiàn)高校固定資產(chǎn)管理信息系統(tǒng),論文介紹了系統(tǒng)開發(fā)依托的關(guān)鍵技術(shù),并對(duì)高校固定資產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了業(yè)務(wù)、需求和數(shù)據(jù)分析,在此基礎(chǔ)上,深入研究固定資產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)的體系結(jié)構(gòu)、功能模塊和數(shù)據(jù)集結(jié)構(gòu);然后,對(duì)所設(shè)計(jì)的高校固定資產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)的實(shí)現(xiàn)、測(cè)試及應(yīng)用進(jìn)行了探討;最后,論文對(duì)研究結(jié)論進(jìn)行了總結(jié),并指出未來研究方向。通過本文設(shè)計(jì)出來的高校固定資產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)高校固定資產(chǎn)的用戶管理、檔案管理、資產(chǎn)管理、相關(guān)查詢、數(shù)據(jù)導(dǎo)出和打印等功能的信息化,簡(jiǎn)化原有的固定資產(chǎn)管理的繁瑣性,改善固定資產(chǎn)使用效率和管理效率,進(jìn)而提高高校管理水平,為高校數(shù)字化、智能化管理添磚加瓦。
[Abstract]:Since our country entered the twenty-first Century, in the context of the continuous development of China's economy and the expansion of colleges and universities, higher education in China has shifted from elite education to mass education, and the scale of colleges and universities is expanding. The expansion of the scale of running schools will inevitably lead to the increasing variety and quantity of fixed assets in Colleges and universities, and the management of fixed assets is becoming more and more complex. The traditional fixed asset model has not adapted to the requirements for the management of fixed assets in the new era. Under the background of the information age, the management of colleges and universities has changed from the traditional mode to the information management model, and the information of fixed assets management is also an important part. In order to develop a more practical fixed asset management system, This paper analyzes the requirement of the system, and starts with the fixed assets business process, and based on the analysis of the functional requirements and non functional requirements of the system, determines the main contents of the system design objectives, principles and architecture, which effectively avoids the blindness and inpracticability of the system design process, in order to achieve the goal and architecture of the system, In this paper, the MVC three layer architecture of J2EE and the external SSH (Spring ten Struts ten Hibernate) architecture are used to guarantee the availability of the system and ensure the advanced nature of the system. The work flow of this paper is as follows: first, the current domestic and foreign research shows are made to analyze and discuss the current fixed assets of colleges and universities. Facing the problems and the problems that need to be solved in this paper, secondly, in order to better realize the fixed assets management information system in universities, the paper introduces the key technologies of the system development, and carries out the business, demand and data analysis of the fixed assets management system in Colleges and universities. On this basis, the system of fixed assets management system is deeply studied. Structure, function module and data set structure; then, the realization, test and application of the fixed asset management system of the university are discussed. Finally, the paper summarizes the research conclusions and points out the future research direction. The fixed assets management system of higher institutions can be realized by the fixed assets management system of Universities and colleges. The information of management, archives management, asset management, related inquiry, data export and printing can be used to simplify the tedious nature of the original fixed assets management, improve the use efficiency and management efficiency of the fixed assets, and then improve the management level of colleges and universities, and add bricks to the digital and intelligent management of colleges and universities.
