【摘要】：近些年來(lái),伴隨著計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)的高速發(fā)展以及稅務(wù)部門(mén)信息化應(yīng)用程度的普遍提高,信息化在稅務(wù)部門(mén)的應(yīng)用率呈現(xiàn)飛速增長(zhǎng)態(tài)勢(shì)。信息管稅是在信息化時(shí)代稅收的一大特色,稅務(wù)部門(mén)的信息系統(tǒng)的數(shù)量也在不斷攀升,有這些應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)的存在,就不可避免的需要進(jìn)行應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)行維護(hù),應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)行維護(hù)是稅務(wù)應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)穩(wěn)定、順暢運(yùn)行的基礎(chǔ)。如果對(duì)這些大量的運(yùn)維信息進(jìn)行收集、整理形成運(yùn)維知識(shí),實(shí)現(xiàn)運(yùn)維知識(shí)的合理存儲(chǔ)和管理,就可以增加知識(shí)的積累,減少知識(shí)流失,為稅務(wù)人員的學(xué)習(xí)、培訓(xùn)、工作提供便利,從而可以提供更好的運(yùn)維服務(wù)來(lái)保障各稅務(wù)信息系統(tǒng)的穩(wěn)定、順暢運(yùn)行。本文基于地稅優(yōu)化實(shí)施問(wèn)題管理平臺(tái),深度剖析了地稅運(yùn)維的現(xiàn)狀,指出了當(dāng)前地稅運(yùn)維存在的問(wèn)題及在地稅建立運(yùn)維知識(shí)庫(kù)的必要性,在充分做好需求分析后,借鑒當(dāng)前較為流行的知識(shí)庫(kù)系統(tǒng)的優(yōu)點(diǎn),采用MVC設(shè)計(jì)模式、成熟的Java Web SSH組合框架、中間件產(chǎn)品和數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)軟件來(lái)對(duì)運(yùn)維知識(shí)庫(kù)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)現(xiàn)。結(jié)合地稅運(yùn)維的實(shí)際情況,深入分析地稅運(yùn)維知識(shí)的結(jié)構(gòu)組成,通過(guò)對(duì)知識(shí)分類(lèi)和檢索匹配兩個(gè)技術(shù)難點(diǎn)進(jìn)行分析研究,提出了合理的解決方案。地稅運(yùn)維知識(shí)庫(kù)通過(guò)知識(shí)管理、系統(tǒng)權(quán)限管理、知識(shí)檢索、文檔管理等六大模塊,來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)地稅運(yùn)維知識(shí)的有效管理和全文檢索,便捷的知識(shí)管理和快速的高效的全文檢索帶來(lái)了良好的用戶體驗(yàn),大大提升了地稅運(yùn)維管理能力和運(yùn)維效率。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of computer technology and the general improvement of the degree of information application in tax departments, the application rate of informatization in tax departments is increasing rapidly. Information management and taxation is a major feature of taxation in the information age, and the number of information systems of tax departments is also rising. With the existence of these application systems, it is inevitable to carry out the operation and maintenance of the application systems. The operation and maintenance of the application system is the basis of the stable and smooth operation of the tax application system. If we collect a large amount of operational and maintenance information, organize and form operational and maintenance knowledge, and realize the rational storage and management of operational and maintenance knowledge, we can increase the accumulation of knowledge, reduce the loss of knowledge, and study and train tax personnel. The work provides convenience, thus can provide better operation and maintenance service to ensure the stable and smooth operation of the tax information system. Based on the optimal implementation problem management platform of local tax, this paper deeply analyzes the present situation of the operation and maintenance of local tax, points out the problems existing in the operation and maintenance of local tax and the necessity of establishing the knowledge base of operation and maintenance in the local tax, after fully doing the requirement analysis, Based on the advantages of the popular knowledge base system at present, MVC design pattern, mature Java Web SSH combination framework, middleware products and database software are used to design and implement the operation and maintenance knowledge base. Combined with the actual situation of local tax operation and maintenance, the structure composition of local tax operation and maintenance knowledge is deeply analyzed. Through the analysis and study of two technical difficulties of knowledge classification and retrieval matching, a reasonable solution is put forward. Through six modules of knowledge management, system authority management, knowledge retrieval and document management, the ground tax operation and maintenance knowledge base realizes the effective management and full-text retrieval of the ground tax operation and maintenance knowledge. Convenient knowledge management and fast and efficient full-text retrieval bring a good user experience and greatly improve the ability and efficiency of local tax operation and maintenance management.
