【摘要】:當代社會經(jīng)濟發(fā)展更多的依賴于“信息驅(qū)動”,而非“資源驅(qū)動”,信息與數(shù)據(jù)資源已成為關(guān)乎我國工業(yè)化進程的關(guān)鍵資源。對于成千上萬的工業(yè)制造型企業(yè)來說,這是提升企業(yè)競爭能力的關(guān)鍵資源。隨著信息和網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)等科技手段的快速發(fā)展,企業(yè)對設(shè)備、備件、部件等信息的可靠而高效處理已形成迫切需求。移動設(shè)備和移動網(wǎng)絡(luò)的迅速發(fā)展,給射頻識別(RFID)技與移動設(shè)備、移動網(wǎng)絡(luò)相結(jié)合并聯(lián)通企業(yè)管理網(wǎng)絡(luò)和管理平臺創(chuàng)造了條件,從而形成了企業(yè)內(nèi)部物聯(lián)網(wǎng)絡(luò)。通過信息科技手段和管理方法的深度融合,使企業(yè)的管理對象通過快速識別、工作內(nèi)容快速定位、信息數(shù)據(jù)快速傳遞、記錄結(jié)果快速分析,形成通過“工作管理與控制、信息融合與共享、決策支持與分析”的高效技術(shù)實現(xiàn)手段。目前設(shè)備管理信息系統(tǒng)(EAM)在一些管理較成熟的企業(yè)得到了廣泛而全面的應(yīng)用。在此基礎(chǔ)上,引入基于RFID的EAM移動解決方案,將會更進一步推進EAM系統(tǒng)的工作現(xiàn)場應(yīng)用,提升企業(yè)整體設(shè)備管理水平,而創(chuàng)新的研究設(shè)計“基于android的設(shè)備資產(chǎn)盤點易平板軟件”將為企業(yè)帶來更加高效的提升企業(yè)設(shè)備管理盤點效率的應(yīng)用工具,這是設(shè)備管理信息化建設(shè)的在設(shè)備盤點這一基礎(chǔ)性應(yīng)用的創(chuàng)新和深度落地。本論文主要在了解國內(nèi)外設(shè)備管理的研究動態(tài),明確課題研究背景、總體應(yīng)用目標以及企業(yè)在設(shè)備資產(chǎn)管理盤點存在的總體要求的基礎(chǔ)上,經(jīng)過對盤點管理現(xiàn)實存在主要問題的分析,在總體解決方案的指引下,及軟件工程理論的支持下,依據(jù)系統(tǒng)開發(fā)規(guī)范流程要求并結(jié)合企業(yè)管理的相關(guān)理論,通過有效的系統(tǒng)需求分析及系統(tǒng)設(shè)計,進行了系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)的研究開發(fā)工作,最后經(jīng)過有效的系統(tǒng)測試與驗收,基本實現(xiàn)了“基于android的設(shè)備資產(chǎn)盤點易平板軟件”的設(shè)計與開發(fā),這將為企業(yè)設(shè)備資產(chǎn)盤點效率的提高提供了有效可行的管理工具,從而實現(xiàn)管理對象的快速識別、工作內(nèi)容的快速定位、信息數(shù)據(jù)的快速傳遞、記錄結(jié)果的快速分析。預(yù)期有效解決企業(yè)設(shè)備盤點存在的一些主要現(xiàn)實問題,并為未來設(shè)計和開發(fā)在該領(lǐng)域的創(chuàng)新性基礎(chǔ)應(yīng)用提供了較好的思路和實踐經(jīng)驗。
[Abstract]:The contemporary social and economic development depends more on "information driven" rather than "resource driven". Information and data resources have become the key resources for the process of industrialization in China. For thousands of industrial manufacturing enterprises, this is the key resource to improve the competitiveness of enterprises. Rapid development has formed an urgent need for reliable and efficient processing of equipment, spare parts, components and other information. The rapid development of mobile devices and mobile networks has created conditions for radio frequency identification (RFID) technology and mobile devices, mobile network junctions combined with Unicom management network and Guan Liping platform, thus forming an enterprise internal physical network. Through the deep fusion of information technology and management methods, the enterprise management objects are quickly identified, the work content is quickly positioned, the information data is delivered quickly, and the record results are quickly analyzed. The efficient technology realization means are formed through "work management and control, information fusion and sharing, decision support and analysis". The information system (EAM) has been widely and comprehensively applied in some more mature enterprises. On this basis, the introduction of the RFID based EAM mobile solution will further promote the application of the EAM system and improve the management level of the enterprise as a whole, and create a new research and design "Android based equipment asset inventory." The easy plate software will bring more efficient application tools for the enterprise to improve the efficiency of the management of equipment. This is the innovation and depth of the basic application of equipment management in the construction of equipment management. This paper is mainly to understand the research trend of equipment management at home and abroad, to clear the background of the research and the overall application. On the basis of the overall requirements of the management inventory of the equipment assets, the objective and the enterprises have analyzed the main problems of the inventory management reality. Under the guidance of the overall solution and the support of the software engineering theory, according to the system development standard process requirements and the related theories of enterprise management, the effective system needs are needed. For analysis and system design, the research and development of system implementation is carried out. Finally, after effective system testing and acceptance, the design and development of "Android based equipment asset inventory easy plate software" is basically realized. This will provide an effective and feasible management tool for raising the efficiency of enterprise equipment asset inventory. The rapid identification of management objects, rapid positioning of work content, rapid transmission of information and data, and rapid analysis of record results are expected to effectively solve some of the main practical problems existing in enterprise equipment inventory, and provide better ideas and practical experience for the future design and development of innovative basic applications in this field.
