【摘要】：隨著我國移動互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的迅猛發(fā)展,如何從海量移動終端日志數(shù)據(jù)中提取出有效信息,并進行合理、清晰的可視化分析,為工業(yè)界等提供有價值的統(tǒng)計分析功能顯得尤為重要.目前,對于移動終端日志數(shù)據(jù)的研究和分析多是基于對單一屬性的統(tǒng)計結果分析,如應用下載排行、用戶留存率等.為了進一步挖掘移動終端日志數(shù)據(jù)背后深層次的隱含信息,更加準確地概括出移動終端用戶的特征,提出了一種基于移動應用程序日志數(shù)據(jù)的人群特征分析與畫像計算方法,構造了基于移動應用程序數(shù)據(jù)的主題模型,并將移動設備用戶按照與不同應用主題的相關度進行聚類,得到了具有不同特征的人群,從而提出了基于層次氣泡圖和Voronoi Treemap的可視化展現(xiàn)與分析方案.進一步將人群特征與時間信息、地理位置信息相結合,從多角度可視化展現(xiàn)人群特征.最后,根據(jù)該研究內容,實現(xiàn)了B/S架構的日志數(shù)據(jù)可視化分析原型系統(tǒng),并通過案例分析驗證了該方法的有效性.
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of mobile Internet in China, how to extract effective information from the massive mobile terminal log data and make reasonable and clear visual analysis is particularly important to provide valuable statistical analysis function for industry and so on. At present, the research and analysis of mobile terminal log data is based on the statistical analysis of a single attribute, such as application download ranking, user retention rate and so on. In order to further excavate the deep hidden information behind the log data of mobile terminal and generalize the features of mobile terminal users more accurately, a method of crowd feature analysis and portrait calculation based on log data of mobile application is proposed. A topic model based on mobile application data is constructed, and the users of mobile devices are clustered according to the relevance of different application topics, and the population with different characteristics is obtained. A visual display and analysis scheme based on hierarchical bubble graph and Voronoi Treemap is proposed. Furthermore, the crowd features are visualized from multiple angles by combining the crowd characteristics with time information and geographical location information. Finally, according to the research content, the prototype system of log data visualization analysis based on B / S architecture is implemented, and the effectiveness of the method is verified by a case study.
