【摘要】:自從進(jìn)入工業(yè)化階段,人類社會(huì)的發(fā)展速度得到了巨大的提升,而最能體現(xiàn)這一現(xiàn)象的便是高度發(fā)達(dá)的交通運(yùn)輸業(yè)。近幾十年,汽車等交通工業(yè)作為我國(guó)的國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)支柱產(chǎn)業(yè),市場(chǎng)前景廣闊,為我國(guó)橡膠工業(yè)提供了極好的發(fā)展時(shí)機(jī),而輪胎作為汽車的主要部件,它的產(chǎn)量也隨之不斷提高,繼而帶動(dòng)著我國(guó)橡塑機(jī)械行業(yè)的高速發(fā)展。伴隨著科技的進(jìn)步,子午線輪胎生產(chǎn)設(shè)備也在不斷的改進(jìn)升級(jí),傳統(tǒng)的工業(yè)操作系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)不能滿足現(xiàn)代輪胎生產(chǎn)的發(fā)展需求,因此向自動(dòng)化智能化發(fā)展是現(xiàn)今橡塑輪胎產(chǎn)業(yè)的最優(yōu)選擇,這樣不僅能夠加快橡塑機(jī)械工業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型的進(jìn)程,更能通過(guò)大數(shù)據(jù)分析對(duì)生產(chǎn)工藝及管理進(jìn)行研究和改進(jìn),對(duì)提高生產(chǎn)效率與改善管理模式都有著巨大的貢獻(xiàn)。橡塑機(jī)運(yùn)行狀態(tài)監(jiān)測(cè)及數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)系統(tǒng)在硬件模塊結(jié)構(gòu)上基于羅克韋爾ControlLogix硬件集成架構(gòu),通過(guò)研究分析橡塑機(jī)械電氣設(shè)備的工藝特點(diǎn)、生產(chǎn)實(shí)際需求與現(xiàn)場(chǎng)通信設(shè)備后,確定采用了以工業(yè)以太網(wǎng)為主的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)總線通信方式和"星形+環(huán)形"的網(wǎng)絡(luò)拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu);在軟件系統(tǒng)方面基于虛擬儀器LabVIEW軟件開(kāi)發(fā)平臺(tái)開(kāi)發(fā)上位機(jī)軟件與PLC通信與指令交互,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)生產(chǎn)流程步驟動(dòng)作的自動(dòng)化與智能化;建立Oracle實(shí)時(shí)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)數(shù)據(jù)上傳至數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)服務(wù)器存儲(chǔ)、分析與管理。橡塑機(jī)運(yùn)行狀態(tài)監(jiān)測(cè)及數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)系統(tǒng)是一套可配置的人機(jī)交互操作平臺(tái),能夠進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)采集設(shè)備運(yùn)行狀態(tài)數(shù)據(jù)并上傳至數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)服務(wù)器中進(jìn)行集中分析處理,具備事先檢測(cè),遠(yuǎn)程調(diào)試,實(shí)時(shí)顯示設(shè)備異常情況,監(jiān)控日志信息可供查詢和分析,故障報(bào)警等功能。經(jīng)過(guò)在廠測(cè)試和客戶現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的調(diào)試,橡塑機(jī)運(yùn)行狀態(tài)監(jiān)測(cè)及數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定,能夠?qū)崟r(shí)監(jiān)控現(xiàn)場(chǎng)生產(chǎn)設(shè)備狀態(tài)并上傳至數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)服務(wù)器,有效提高了生產(chǎn)效率,對(duì)現(xiàn)代工業(yè)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的工業(yè)化和信息化結(jié)合的"兩化融合"思想的實(shí)現(xiàn)具有開(kāi)拓性意義。
[Abstract]:Since the stage of industrialization, the speed of the development of human society has been greatly improved, and it is the highly developed transportation and transportation industry which can most reflect this phenomenon. In recent decades, the automobile industry as the pillar industry of our national economy has a broad market prospect, which has provided an excellent opportunity for the development of China's rubber industry, and the wheel has been a great opportunity for the development of China's rubber industry. As the main component of the car, the production of the tire is also increasing, and then it leads to the rapid development of China's rubber and plastic machinery industry. With the progress of science and technology, the radial tire production equipment is constantly improving and upgrading. The traditional industrial operating system can not meet the development needs of modern tire production, so it is automated to automation. The intelligent development is the best choice for the rubber and plastic tyre industry. It can not only accelerate the process of the transformation of the rubber and plastic machinery industry, but also study and improve the production process and management through large data analysis. It has great contribution to improving the production efficiency and improving the management mode. Based on the ControlLogix hardware integration architecture of the hardware module, through the study and analysis of the technological characteristics of the rubber and plastic electrical equipment, the actual demand and the field communication equipment are produced, the field bus communication mode and the "star + ring" network topology with industrial Ethernet are adopted, and the software system is used in the software system. On the basis of the virtual instrument LabVIEW software development platform, the interaction between the host computer software and the PLC communication and instruction is developed to realize the automation and intelligentization of the steps of the production process, and the Oracle real-time database system is set up to upload the field data to the database server storage, analyze and manage it. The monitoring and database of the running state of the rubber machine and the database The system is a set of configurable human-computer interactive operating platform. It can carry out the data of real-time acquisition of equipment running state and upload it to the database server for centralized analysis and processing. It has pre detection, remote debugging, real-time display of abnormal conditions of equipment, monitoring log information for query and analysis, fault alarm and other functions. The test and customer site debugging, the running state monitoring and the database system run stably, can monitor the status of the production equipment and upload it to the database server in real time, and effectively improve the production efficiency. It is of pioneering significance to the realization of the "two fusion" idea of the industrialization and information integration of modern industrial field.
