【摘要】：針對建材裝備制造企業(yè)大型設備的生產加工中數據采集困難、進度反饋效率低、異常發(fā)現不及時等問題,在分析企業(yè)設計、生產、外協、采購等流程的基礎上,結合多Agent、移動終端等技術和設備,提出了以物料清單為源頭的生產調度、項目進度監(jiān)控及預警模型。結合企業(yè)信息化的特點和要求,設計和開發(fā)了針對建材裝備制造企業(yè)的生產進度管控系統(tǒng),該系統(tǒng)已成功應用于某建材裝備集團下的多家生產基地,取得了良好的效果。
[Abstract]:In view of the difficulties in data collection, low efficiency and untimely discovery in the production and processing of large equipment for building materials and equipment manufacturing enterprises, based on the analysis of the process of enterprise design, production, outsourcing and procurement, combined with the technology and preparation of multi Agent and mobile terminals, the production scheduling with the material list as the source is put forward. In accordance with the characteristics and requirements of enterprise informatization, the control system of production schedule for building material equipment manufacturing enterprises has been designed and developed. The system has been successfully applied to a number of production bases under a building material equipment group and has achieved good results.
