基于RFID與WSN技術(shù)的中藥材溯源系統(tǒng)研究與應(yīng)用

【摘要】:物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)是一種集射頻識(shí)別、傳感器、全球定位等信息傳感設(shè)備為一體的網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù),可以將任何物品與互聯(lián)網(wǎng)相連接,以實(shí)現(xiàn)智能化追蹤、識(shí)別、監(jiān)控和定位等功能,是互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的一種延伸與擴(kuò)展。產(chǎn)品溯源是指在產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)與流通的各個(gè)階段或環(huán)節(jié)中對(duì)其進(jìn)行身份鑒別、資料準(zhǔn)備、資料收集與保存以及資料驗(yàn)證的過程。將物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)應(yīng)用在產(chǎn)品溯源系統(tǒng)中,能夠提高溯源系統(tǒng)中的溯源效率以及準(zhǔn)確性。本文以中藥材溯源系統(tǒng)為背景,圍繞二維碼、RFID以及WSN等技術(shù)在溯源系統(tǒng)中的應(yīng)用進(jìn)行研究。溯源系統(tǒng)中產(chǎn)品信息的安全是產(chǎn)品防偽與溯源的一個(gè)重要前提,文章對(duì)二維碼安全問題進(jìn)行了研究,使用了 RSA算法對(duì)二維碼進(jìn)行了加密。RFID數(shù)據(jù)在采集時(shí),會(huì)產(chǎn)生大量的冗余數(shù)據(jù),文章改進(jìn)了傳統(tǒng)的過濾算法,提高了算法運(yùn)行效率,節(jié)省了網(wǎng)絡(luò)帶寬。同時(shí)文章利用高斯過濾模型對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)源RSSI進(jìn)行過濾,使用DBSCAN算法對(duì)估計(jì)位置進(jìn)行剔除,減少了不可靠因素帶來的誤差,提高了定位的精度。文章最后設(shè)計(jì)了中藥材溯源系統(tǒng),將傳感器技術(shù)、RFID技術(shù)以及無線傳感網(wǎng)技術(shù)融入到溯源系統(tǒng)中,設(shè)計(jì)了基于ZigBee無線傳感網(wǎng)的傳感節(jié)點(diǎn)、協(xié)調(diào)器節(jié)點(diǎn)以及網(wǎng)關(guān)節(jié)點(diǎn)。最后展示了系統(tǒng)的整體框架與邏輯框架,使用Python語言結(jié)合Django框架初步完成了溯源系統(tǒng),根據(jù)系統(tǒng)的具體要求對(duì)溯源環(huán)節(jié)與倉庫環(huán)境監(jiān)控環(huán)節(jié)進(jìn)行了測(cè)試,結(jié)果顯示系統(tǒng)可以穩(wěn)定地運(yùn)行,能夠有效地實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控產(chǎn)品的溯源信息。對(duì)于應(yīng)用到實(shí)際的生產(chǎn)環(huán)境,系統(tǒng)仍需繼續(xù)完善,需要融合更多的物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)。建立完善的中藥材溯源體系,可以有效增強(qiáng)中藥材流通過程中的信息透明度,遏制摻假、造假的現(xiàn)象出現(xiàn),提高企業(yè)的管理水平和召回效率,增強(qiáng)了消費(fèi)者對(duì)中藥材產(chǎn)品的安全意識(shí)和政府對(duì)中藥材質(zhì)量安全的監(jiān)管力度。隨著溯源技術(shù)與物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的繼續(xù)完善,必將對(duì)國內(nèi)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展有著深遠(yuǎn)的意義。
[Abstract]:Internet of things (IoT) technology is a network technology that integrates RFID, sensor, global positioning and other information sensing devices. It can connect any object to the Internet to realize intelligent tracking, identification, monitoring and positioning functions. Is a kind of extension and extension of Internet technology. Product traceability refers to the process of identification, data preparation, data collection and preservation, and data verification in each stage or link of product production and circulation. The application of Internet of things technology in product traceability system can improve traceability efficiency and accuracy. In this paper, based on the traceability system of Chinese medicinal materials, the application of QR codes RFID and WSN in traceability system is studied. The security of product information in traceability system is an important prerequisite for product anti-counterfeiting and traceability. This paper studies the security of two-dimensional code, and uses RSA algorithm to encrypt the two-dimension code. This paper improves the traditional filtering algorithm, improves the efficiency of the algorithm and saves the bandwidth of the network. At the same time, Gao Si filter model is used to filter the data source RSSI, and DBSCAN algorithm is used to eliminate the estimated position, which reduces the error caused by unreliable factors and improves the accuracy of location. Finally, the traceability system of Chinese herbal medicine is designed. The sensor node, coordinator node and gateway node based on ZigBee wireless sensor network are designed by integrating the sensor technology and wireless sensor network technology into the traceability system. Finally, the whole framework and logic framework of the system are presented. The traceability system is preliminarily completed by using Python language and Django framework, and the traceability link and warehouse environment monitoring link are tested according to the specific requirements of the system. The results show that the system can run stably and monitor the traceability of the product in real time. For the practical production environment, the system still needs to be improved, and more Internet of things technologies need to be integrated. The establishment of a perfect traceability system of Chinese medicinal materials can effectively enhance the transparency of information in the course of circulation of Chinese medicinal materials, curb the phenomenon of adulteration and counterfeiting, and improve the management level and recall efficiency of enterprises. Increased consumer awareness of the safety of traditional Chinese medicine products and government supervision of quality and safety of Chinese medicinal materials. With the continuous improvement of traceability technology and Internet of things technology, it will have far-reaching significance to the development of domestic economy.
