【摘要】：在企業(yè)管理中,采購是其中最重要的一部分。采購管理對企業(yè)減少運(yùn)營成本,提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量,縮短生產(chǎn)周期都具有非常重要的意義。作者所在單位四川匯維仕化纖有限公司(以下簡稱匯維仕公司),是韓國匯維仕的下轄企業(yè)。匯維仕公司目前使用的采購系統(tǒng),是十年前采購的,存在客戶端維護(hù)成本高、訪問局限性、數(shù)據(jù)同步時(shí)效性等不足的問題,容易造成企業(yè)投入的重復(fù)與浪費(fèi)。針對上述匯維仕公司采購管理系統(tǒng)現(xiàn)狀,重點(diǎn)開展了以下工作:(1)結(jié)合自身工作,深入調(diào)查了公司采購管理工作流程,對采購信息進(jìn)行了整理歸納。在本公司的現(xiàn)有采購管理系統(tǒng)的底子上提出了新系統(tǒng)的功能性需求與技術(shù)指標(biāo);(2)采用C/S模式作為系統(tǒng)總體架構(gòu),綜合利用.NET框架、SQL Server2008數(shù)據(jù)庫等進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)。采用模塊化設(shè)計(jì)思路,完成了系統(tǒng)七大功能模塊(即基礎(chǔ)信息模塊、供應(yīng)商管理模塊、報(bào)價(jià)匯總模塊、起案管理模塊、入庫管理模塊、出庫管理模塊和收支統(tǒng)計(jì)模塊)的設(shè)計(jì)工作。模塊間較為獨(dú)立,為系統(tǒng)穩(wěn)定可靠運(yùn)行提供了設(shè)計(jì)基礎(chǔ)�？蛻舳司哂休^強(qiáng)的采購信息處理與展示能力,且服務(wù)器壓力較小。(3)進(jìn)行了功能、性能等系統(tǒng)測試。測試結(jié)果表明系統(tǒng)可滿足公司業(yè)務(wù)處理需求,50余人同時(shí)訪問,高并發(fā)響應(yīng)時(shí)間優(yōu)于2秒,達(dá)到了設(shè)計(jì)技術(shù)指標(biāo)要求。目前,系統(tǒng)已在匯維仕公司采購部門部署并試用。
[Abstract]:Procurement is the most important part in enterprise management. Purchasing management is very important for enterprises to reduce operation cost, improve product quality and shorten production cycle. The author's unit is Sichuan Huiwei Chemical Fiber Co., Ltd. The purchasing system currently used by Huiwei Company is purchased ten years ago. There are some problems such as high cost of client maintenance, limited access, time efficiency of data synchronization and so on, which can easily lead to duplication and waste of enterprise input. Aiming at the present situation of the purchasing management system of Huiwei Company, this paper focuses on the following work: 1) in combination with its own work, it makes a thorough investigation of the working flow of the company's procurement management, and summarizes the purchasing information. On the basis of the current purchasing management system of our company, the functional requirements and technical specifications of the new system are put forward. The C / S model is adopted as the overall framework of the system, and the system is designed by using the .NET Framework and SQL Server2008 database. By using the modular design idea, the seven functional modules of the system (namely, the basic information module, the supplier management module, the quotation summary module, the case management module, the storehouse management module) are completed. Management module and revenue and expenditure statistics module) the design of the work. The modules are independent and provide the design basis for the stable and reliable operation of the system. The client has strong purchasing information processing and display ability, and the server has less pressure. The test results show that the system can meet the needs of more than 50 people to visit at the same time, and the high concurrent response time is less than 2 seconds. At present, the system has been deployed in the procurement department of Huiwei Shi Company and trial.
