【摘要】:物體表面三維形貌數(shù)據(jù)的獲取在智能制造、航空航天、文物保護(hù)、醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生、遠(yuǎn)程教育等領(lǐng)域有著廣泛的應(yīng)用。三維形貌數(shù)據(jù)的獲取受限于系統(tǒng)硬件的性能,特別是現(xiàn)有數(shù)字投影系統(tǒng)的投影速度,無(wú)法快速測(cè)得物體面形的三維形貌。彩色成像和投影系統(tǒng)的出現(xiàn),為并行多顏色通道三維成像系統(tǒng)提供了新的研究方向。詳細(xì)綜述了基于彩色條紋投影術(shù)的三維形貌數(shù)據(jù)測(cè)量研究的現(xiàn)狀。具體包括彩色條紋投影術(shù)的基本原理、彩色條紋調(diào)制和解調(diào)相關(guān)技術(shù)、三維成像系統(tǒng)的標(biāo)定、以及未來(lái)的研究方向。接著給出幾個(gè)利用彩色條紋投影術(shù)獲取物體表面三維形貌和彩色紋理的實(shí)例。為彩色條紋投影術(shù)測(cè)量物體表面三維形貌數(shù)據(jù)提供了詳盡的綜述,并指明了未來(lái)潛在的研究新方向。
[Abstract]:The acquisition of 3D surface topography data is widely used in the fields of intelligent manufacturing, aerospace, cultural relic protection, medical and health, distance education and so on. The acquisition of 3D topography data is limited by the hardware performance of the system, especially the projection speed of the existing digital projection system. The appearance of color imaging and projection system provides a new research direction for parallel multi-color channel three-dimensional imaging system. The present situation of 3D topography measurement based on color fringe projection is reviewed in detail. It includes the basic principle of color fringe projection, the related techniques of color fringe modulation and demodulation, the calibration of 3D imaging system, and the future research direction. Then several examples are given to obtain 3D topography and color texture of object surface by color fringe projection. This paper provides a detailed review for the measurement of 3D topography data of object surface by color fringe projection, and points out the potential new research direction in the future.
