【摘要】：天津世紀(jì)人才中學(xué)是一所私立中學(xué)。私立中學(xué)的師資貯備力量一般比較強(qiáng)大,但是學(xué)生生源素質(zhì)普遍不高,而且私立中學(xué)之間還存在著較為激烈的招生競爭問題。因此,為了能夠在保證師資水平維持穩(wěn)定的前提下,確保招生的數(shù)量和質(zhì)量,就需要提高本校的管理服務(wù)能力,并建立特色化的管理。基于私立中學(xué)校務(wù)管理工作的業(yè)務(wù)背景和實(shí)際需求,本文著力于研究設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)一套適用于私立中學(xué)的校務(wù)管理系統(tǒng),具有較好的應(yīng)用價(jià)值�；谏鲜鏊搅⒅袑W(xué)校務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)的構(gòu)建的重要性與具體目標(biāo),結(jié)合相關(guān)計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)與數(shù)據(jù)庫技術(shù),通過對(duì)傳統(tǒng)私立中學(xué)內(nèi)綜合校務(wù)管理的業(yè)務(wù)分析調(diào)研和需求收集,以軟件工程實(shí)施過程為指導(dǎo)思想,具體研究適合于私立中學(xué)的校務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)過程。在論文的具體研究工作上,首先針對(duì)論文的研究背景查閱相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)資料,并以此為參考初步提出私立中學(xué)校務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)的建設(shè)構(gòu)想,依照建設(shè)構(gòu)想與用戶私立中學(xué)討論并確定主要研究內(nèi)容,明確論文的研究的系統(tǒng)方向;其次,研究完成了需求分析工作,實(shí)施私立中學(xué)校內(nèi)綜合業(yè)務(wù)管理的業(yè)務(wù)流程調(diào)研,并基于UML用例場景模式給出了具體功能需求的分析闡述,采用數(shù)據(jù)流圖形式給出了細(xì)致的數(shù)據(jù)流分析,并對(duì)系統(tǒng)相關(guān)性能指標(biāo)等內(nèi)容給出約束性聲明;再次,研究完成了系統(tǒng)總體設(shè)計(jì)工作,依據(jù)私立中學(xué)的校務(wù)管理業(yè)務(wù)特點(diǎn),自頂向下的進(jìn)行了功能模塊的規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì),確定了以B/S模式,Struts+Spring+Hibernate組合框架技術(shù)為核心的校務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)的技術(shù)結(jié)構(gòu),并完成了系統(tǒng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)以及數(shù)據(jù)庫模型的設(shè)計(jì);然后,研究完成了系統(tǒng)的詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)工作,針對(duì)總體設(shè)計(jì)中設(shè)計(jì)的學(xué)生信息管理、教學(xué)資源管理、家校溝通平臺(tái)、學(xué)生異動(dòng)記錄與提醒、學(xué)生宿舍安全管理、數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)以及系統(tǒng)管理七大功能模塊,依次對(duì)各功能模塊的詳細(xì)子功能采用UML活動(dòng)圖以及程序流程圖的形式完成了設(shè)計(jì)闡述;最后,研究完成了系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)與測(cè)試工作,對(duì)校務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)的各項(xiàng)功能內(nèi)容進(jìn)行程序編程控制實(shí)現(xiàn),給出了系統(tǒng)的實(shí)現(xiàn)效果界面,并對(duì)系統(tǒng)功能與系統(tǒng)性能進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證測(cè)試。私立中學(xué)校務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)在實(shí)施效果上,一方面能夠讓私立中學(xué)的校務(wù)管理工作徹底轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)闊o紙化操作,另一方面也提升了學(xué)校與外界溝通的透明度,加強(qiáng)了家、校間的溝通,從而較為有效的提升了私立中學(xué)的管理水平。
[Abstract]:The Tianjin century high school is a private middle school. The reserve force of the private middle school is generally strong, but the students' quality is generally not high, and there is still a more fierce competition among the private middle schools. Therefore, in order to ensure the stability of the level of teachers, the number and quality of the enrollment will be ensured. We need to improve the management and service ability of the school and establish the characteristic management. Based on the business background and actual needs of the private middle school, this paper focuses on the research and design and implementation of a set of school administration system suitable for private middle schools, which is of good value. Based on the above private middle school management system In this paper, the design and implementation process of the school administration system suitable for private middle schools are studied in this paper. On the specific research work, first of all, consult the relevant literature for the research background of the paper, and take this as a reference for the construction of the construction of the private secondary school management system, discuss and determine the main research content according to the construction concept and the user private middle school, and make clear the systematic direction of the research. Secondly, the research has completed the demand. Analysis work, carry out the business process investigation of the integrated business management in private middle school, and give the analysis and exposition of the specific functional requirements based on the UML use case scenario model, give detailed data flow analysis by using data flow chart, and give a constraint declaration to the related performance indexes of the system. Thirdly, the research has completed the system. The overall design work, according to the characteristics of the school management business in private middle schools, carries out the planning and design of functional modules from top to bottom, determines the technical structure of the school administration system with B/S mode and Struts+Spring+Hibernate combined framework technology as the core, and completes the system network structure and the design of the database model; and then, research on the design of the system network structure and the database model. The detailed design of the system is completed. In view of the overall design of the student information management, teaching resources management, home school communication platform, student movement records and reminding, student dormitory safety management, data statistics and system management of seven functional modules, the detailed sub functions of each functional module are in turn using the UML activity map and the process. In the end, the research completed the implementation and testing of the system, realized the program control of the functions and contents of the school administration system, gave the realization effect interface of the system, and tested the system function and system performance. The private middle school school management system was implemented. On the one hand, it can make the school management work of private middle school completely transform into paperless operation, on the other hand, it also improves the transparency of communication between school and the outside world, strengthens the communication between home and school, thus effectively improves the management level of private middle school.
