【摘要】：為實現(xiàn)大數(shù)據(jù)場景下高效、可信的服務(wù)推薦,將社交網(wǎng)絡(luò)理論和信任理論的研究成果有機融合,提出了大數(shù)據(jù)場景下基于可信社團的服務(wù)推薦方法.首先,利用現(xiàn)有的信任模型理論研究成果建立用戶間的信任關(guān)系,計算用戶對服務(wù)提供者的信任度;其次,在大數(shù)據(jù)場景下利用信任關(guān)系構(gòu)建用戶可信社團,確定社團中新用戶的加入、甄別并刪除惡意用戶的方法;最后,在構(gòu)建的可信社團基礎(chǔ)上,利用MapReduce框架提出大數(shù)據(jù)場景下的基于可信社團的服務(wù)推薦方法.仿真實驗結(jié)果表明:提出的方法適用于大數(shù)據(jù)場景,與傳統(tǒng)的服務(wù)推薦方法相比,具有更好的性能.
[Abstract]:In order to realize efficient and credible service recommendation under big data scenario, the research results of social network theory and trust theory are combined organically, and then a service recommendation method based on trusted community is put forward in big data scenario. Firstly, the trust relationship between users is established by using the existing research results of trust model theory, and the trust degree of users to service providers is calculated. Secondly, the trust relationship is used to construct user trust community under big data scenario. Finally, on the basis of constructing trusted community, using MapReduce framework, we propose a service recommendation method based on trusted community under big data scenario. The simulation results show that the proposed method is suitable for big data scenario and has better performance than the traditional service recommendation method.
