基于RFID的醫(yī)院母嬰管理系統(tǒng)

【摘要】:我國人口數(shù)量多,人口基數(shù)比較大,每年新生兒數(shù)目也十分龐大。雖然近年來母嬰醫(yī)院數(shù)量有所增加,但是面臨每天大量嬰兒在醫(yī)院出生,醫(yī)護(hù)人員往往感到力不從心、身心俱疲。人工看護(hù)的局限性讓不法分子有了可乘之機(jī),從而使嬰兒出生后在醫(yī)院看護(hù)期間的安全性得不到有效的保證?梢园l(fā)現(xiàn)不管是國內(nèi)還是國外,各大媒體關(guān)于嬰兒被盜或是抱錯(cuò)事件的報(bào)道,還是時(shí)有發(fā)生,類似事件屢禁不止。導(dǎo)致醫(yī)患關(guān)系惡化,家屬對院方產(chǎn)生不信任,事件發(fā)生后采取不正當(dāng)?shù)臉O端手段發(fā)泄自己心中的不滿,從而增加了社會(huì)的不穩(wěn)定性,也極其不利于醫(yī)療事業(yè)的發(fā)展。隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的發(fā)展和進(jìn)步,市場上需要一種現(xiàn)代化管理設(shè)備來改變這種現(xiàn)狀。在此背景之下,根據(jù)市場需求,研發(fā)了醫(yī)院母嬰管理系統(tǒng)用于醫(yī)院對新生兒的監(jiān)護(hù),減輕醫(yī)護(hù)人員工作負(fù)擔(dān)的同時(shí),更好的保證嬰兒的安全。母嬰管理系統(tǒng)采用軟硬件結(jié)合的方式,不僅滿足了市場需求,還具有操作簡便的優(yōu)點(diǎn)。該系統(tǒng)一方面更加系統(tǒng)化的保障了母嬰的安全,另一方面也使醫(yī)院的管理趨于規(guī)范化。該系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用射頻識別技術(shù),結(jié)合個(gè)人二代身份證識別、嬰兒標(biāo)簽識別和全定向信號接收裝置,從母嬰入院那一刻開始便對母嬰進(jìn)行全方位監(jiān)管,保證其安全,形成了安全可靠的管理系統(tǒng)。2015年10月中共十八屆五中全會(huì)決定:為了積極應(yīng)對當(dāng)今社會(huì)人口老齡化現(xiàn)象,我國決定繼續(xù)落實(shí)計(jì)劃生育的基本國策,同時(shí)完善人口發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,全面實(shí)施一對夫妻可以生育兩個(gè)孩子政策。我國全面二孩政策的實(shí)施更加印證了母嬰管理系統(tǒng)的可行性和市場需求性。本文在基于硬件設(shè)備的基礎(chǔ)上,開發(fā)了母嬰管理系統(tǒng),并對軟件功能進(jìn)行詳細(xì)介紹。本系統(tǒng)硬件設(shè)備主要采用市場上已經(jīng)存在的成品,而我所做的主要工作是借助VS2010和QT等編程工具進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)管理軟件的設(shè)計(jì)。管理軟件主要涉及設(shè)備管理模塊、信息管理模塊、母嬰管理模塊、病房管理模塊等。母嬰管理系統(tǒng)根據(jù)實(shí)際調(diào)研,結(jié)合醫(yī)院實(shí)際布局和需求等一系列標(biāo)準(zhǔn)做為設(shè)計(jì)依據(jù),在保障醫(yī)院母嬰安全的前提下進(jìn)行人性化的軟件界面設(shè)計(jì),方便醫(yī)護(hù)人員掌握和操作。母嬰管理系統(tǒng)的軟件系統(tǒng)不僅完成設(shè)備、病房、母嬰及各種相關(guān)信息的管理,并且將系統(tǒng)工作日志、用戶數(shù)據(jù)等一系列操作信息自動(dòng)保存在系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)庫中,保證系統(tǒng)的安全可靠性。
[Abstract]:China has a large population base and a large number of newborns every year. Although the number of maternal and infant hospitals has increased in recent years, faced with a large number of babies born in the hospital every day, medical staff often feel unable to do, physical and mental fatigue. The limitation of artificial care gives the lawbreakers an opportunity to ensure the safety of babies after birth in hospital. It can be found that whether at home or abroad, the major media about the theft of babies or miscarried incidents, or occur from time to time, similar incidents repeatedly prohibited. This leads to the deterioration of doctor-patient relationship, the distrust of the hospital by family members, and the use of improper and extreme means to vent their dissatisfaction after the incident, which increases social instability and is extremely unfavorable to the development of medical services. With the development and progress of science and technology, the market needs a modern management equipment to change this situation. In this context, according to the market demand, a hospital mother and child management system is developed for the hospital to monitor the newborn, reduce the workload of medical staff, and better ensure the safety of infants. The system not only meets the market demand, but also has the advantage of simple operation. On the one hand, the system ensures the safety of mother and child more systemically, on the other hand, it makes hospital management more standardized. The system uses radio frequency identification technology, combined with personal second-generation identity card identification, infant label identification and all-directional signal receiving device. From the moment the mother and child are admitted to hospital, the system carries out all-round supervision over the mother and the child, so as to ensure the safety of the mother and the child. A safe and reliable management system has been formed. In October 2015, the Fifth Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee decided that in order to positively deal with the aging of the population in today's society, China has decided to continue to implement the basic national policy of family planning and to improve the population development strategy. Full implementation of a couple can have two children policy. The implementation of our country's two-child policy confirms the feasibility and market demand of mother and child management system. On the basis of hardware, this paper develops the management system of mother and child, and introduces the function of software in detail. The hardware of this system mainly adopts the finished products that already exist in the market, and my main work is to design the system management software with the help of VS2010 and QT programming tools. Management software mainly involves equipment management module, information management module, mother and child management module, ward management module and so on. According to the actual investigation and research, combined with a series of standards such as the actual layout and demand of the hospital as the design basis, the system carries out the humanized software interface design under the premise of ensuring the safety of the mother and the child in the hospital, which is convenient for the medical staff to master and operate. The software system of the system not only completes the management of equipment, ward, mother and child and all kinds of related information, but also automatically stores a series of operation information, such as system work log, user data and so on, in the database of the system. Ensure the safety and reliability of the system.
