融合視覺認(rèn)知機(jī)制的新型量化水印算法

【摘要】:信息時(shí)代,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)日益普及,信息的交流和共享達(dá)到了空前廣泛和深入的程度,信息的形式也更加繁多,從傳統(tǒng)的紙質(zhì)演變成數(shù)字多媒體(數(shù)字圖像、音頻、視頻等)形式,人們的工作和生活方式日漸數(shù)字化和網(wǎng)絡(luò)化。數(shù)字多媒體的出現(xiàn)帶來了很多便利,信息的存儲(chǔ)、復(fù)制、修改、傳播等變得簡單快捷,然而隨之而來的盜版、侵權(quán)、惡意篡改等行為以及日益增多,合法用戶的權(quán)益受到嚴(yán)重的損害。數(shù)字水印的出現(xiàn)為解決這一問題提供了十分有效的方案。作為信息隱藏領(lǐng)域的一個(gè)重要分類,其利用在多媒體數(shù)據(jù)中隱秘嵌入的信息,實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)多媒體內(nèi)容的保護(hù)和對(duì)版權(quán)的認(rèn)證,具有廣闊的應(yīng)用前景,也因此得到了各領(lǐng)域?qū)W者的廣泛關(guān)注。量化水印算法作為一類經(jīng)典的算法,在計(jì)算復(fù)雜度和有效性方面展現(xiàn)出了良好的性能。然而其局限性在于對(duì)所有載體系數(shù)采用均勻量化器,忽視了人眼視覺的掩蔽特性。為了進(jìn)一步提高載體圖像視覺質(zhì)量和水印魯棒性,許多研究者在水印算法中引入了視覺特性。本論文在深入分析和理解擴(kuò)展變換抖動(dòng)調(diào)制(STDM)水印算法的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合一種魯棒的視覺JND亮度模型,并改進(jìn)了模型中平均亮度的計(jì)算方式,提出了基于JND亮度視覺模型的STDM水印算法。在此基礎(chǔ)上,更加全面地考慮了視覺關(guān)注特性,用視覺關(guān)注因子調(diào)制JND亮度模型,顯著改善了含水印圖像的視覺質(zhì)量和水印的魯棒性。論文的主要?jiǎng)?chuàng)新點(diǎn)和研究成果包括:1、提出了基于JND亮度模型的STDM算法(STDM-LmJND)。在STDM算法的基礎(chǔ)上,采用一個(gè)改進(jìn)的JND亮度模型,利用該模型計(jì)算出水印嵌入端和檢測端的視覺冗余信息,以此決定水印嵌入的量化步長。并且通過改進(jìn)該模型中平均亮度的計(jì)算方式,使該模型前后計(jì)算出的視覺冗余一致,從而保證水印的正確提取。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,所提出的基于JND亮度模型的STDM水印方法,顯著提高了含水印載體的視覺質(zhì)量,并且在對(duì)抗高斯噪聲、JPEG壓縮、亮度倍增等信號(hào)處理攻擊時(shí)表現(xiàn)出較好的魯棒性。2、提出了視覺關(guān)注非線性調(diào)制的STDM-LmJND算法。在基于JND亮度模型的STDM算法基礎(chǔ)上,更加全面地考慮人眼視覺的關(guān)注特性,利用融合先驗(yàn)信息的圖像顯著性檢測方法(SDSP),計(jì)算得到圖像的"關(guān)注"區(qū)域和"非關(guān)注"區(qū)域,并采用不同的調(diào)制因子調(diào)制對(duì)應(yīng)的JND系數(shù),得到更貼近人類視覺系統(tǒng)特征的視覺冗余信息,據(jù)此修改水印嵌入的量化步長。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,載體圖像的視覺質(zhì)量有顯著提升,水印的魯棒性得到了進(jìn)一步提高。3、設(shè)計(jì)并實(shí)現(xiàn)了基于安卓系統(tǒng)的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)信息安全服務(wù)平臺(tái)。在安卓平臺(tái)設(shè)計(jì)并實(shí)現(xiàn)了一個(gè)針對(duì)圖像內(nèi)容保護(hù)的應(yīng)用程序,實(shí)現(xiàn)了對(duì)圖像的版權(quán)保護(hù)和完整性校驗(yàn)。同時(shí)調(diào)用微信、QQ、微博等社交應(yīng)用的接口,便于將已保護(hù)的圖像進(jìn)行分享和傳播。應(yīng)用程序中采用了經(jīng)典的STDM算法,因大量的改進(jìn)算法都是在STDM算法的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行,因此實(shí)現(xiàn)STDM算法有助于后期應(yīng)用程序的擴(kuò)展和更新。移動(dòng)終端作為被廣泛使用的信息傳播平臺(tái),在其上開發(fā)此水印應(yīng)用程序,對(duì)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)資源的安全保護(hù)有直接有效的作用,對(duì)數(shù)字水印技術(shù)的推廣和應(yīng)用也具有極大的意義。
[Abstract]:In the information age, the Internet is becoming more and more popular. The communication and sharing of information has reached an unprecedented level of extensive and in-depth information. The form of information is also more and more. From the traditional paper to digital multimedia (digital image, audio, video and so on), people's work and living formula are becoming more and more digital and networked. The appearance of digital multimedia brings about the emergence of digital multimedia. A lot of convenience, information storage, copy, modification, transmission and so on become simple and quick, but the following piracy, infringement, malicious tampering and other behavior and increasing, the rights of legitimate users are seriously damaged. Digital watermarking has provided a very effective solution to this problem. As a information hiding field The important classification, which uses the hidden information embedded in the multimedia data, realizes the protection of the multimedia content and the authentication of the copyright, and has a broad application prospect. Therefore, it has been widely concerned by the scholars in various fields. As a class of classical algorithms, the quantization watermark algorithm has shown good results in computing complexity and effectiveness. However, the limitation lies in the use of uniform quantizer for all carrier coefficients and neglecting the masking characteristics of human eye vision. In order to further improve the visual quality and watermark robustness of the carrier image, many researchers have introduced the visual characteristics in the watermarking algorithm. In this paper, the extended transform dithering modulation (STDM) water is deeply analyzed and understood in this paper. On the basis of the printing algorithm, combining a robust visual JND luminance model and improving the calculation of average luminance in the model, a STDM watermarking algorithm based on JND luminance visual model is proposed. On this basis, the visual attention characteristics are considered more comprehensively, and the visual attention factor is used to modulate the JND luminance model, and the watermark image is significantly improved. The main innovation and research results of the image quality and watermark are as follows: 1, the STDM algorithm (STDM-LmJND) based on the JND luminance model is proposed. On the basis of the STDM algorithm, an improved JND luminance model is used to calculate the visual redundancy of the embedded end and the detection end of the watermark by using the model to determine the watermark. By improving the calculation method of the average brightness in the model, the visual redundancy calculated before and after the model is consistent, which ensures the correct extraction of the watermark. The experimental results show that the proposed STDM watermarking method based on the JND luminance model significantly improves the visual quality of the watermark carrier and has a high antagonism. When noise, JPEG compression, luminance multiplication and other signal processing attacks are better robust.2, a STDM-LmJND algorithm for visual attention nonlinear modulation is proposed. On the basis of STDM algorithm based on the JND luminance model, the attention characteristic of human eye vision is considered more comprehensively, and the image saliency detection method (SDSP) is used to fuse the prior information. The "attention" area and the "non concern" region of the image are calculated, and the JND coefficients corresponding to different modulation factors are used to obtain the visual redundancy information which is closer to the characteristics of the human visual system. Accordingly, the quantization step of the watermark is modified. The experimental results show that the visual quality of the carrier image is significantly improved and the robustness of the watermark is obtained. To further improve.3, the Internet information security service platform based on Android system is designed and implemented. An application program for image content protection is designed and implemented on the Android platform. The copyright protection and integrity verification of images are realized. Meanwhile, the interface of social applications such as WeChat, QQ and micro-blog is invoked to facilitate the protection. The application program uses the classic STDM algorithm, because a large number of improved algorithms are based on the STDM algorithm, so the implementation of the STDM algorithm helps to expand and update the later application. As a widely used information communication platform, the mobile terminal is used to develop the watermark application. The security protection of Internet resources has a direct and effective effect. It also has great significance for the popularization and application of digital watermarking technology.
